Bought this for my son and he's constantly using them. He can use them for 2 days straight without charging them because they last up to 20 hours on one charge. He says they're really light and comfortable and enjoys their sound.

Let me start off by saying that I'm not a big Sony fan. With that being said, i like these earphones. They have very good sound quality, nice Bass response, very good battery life. I was upset when i came into the store to replace them under warranty (my fault) to find out that Best Buy doesn't carry them anymore and had to pick something different. But I will be looking into other Sony earphones in the near future.

I’m only using this headset to listen to audiobooks in bed, so if I fall asleep I don’t lose my AirPods. The sound quality is good and it’s a comfortable wear. I purchased them on August 7, charged them fully and am just charging them again and it’s 9 days later. I had a lot of insomnia this past week, so I did a lot of audiobook listening. The battery life is good.
Besides on/off and pause, I don’t use other controls on wireless headsets. I also haven’t used them to make a call, but the call button does activate Siri.
This is a replacement for a pair of LG headphones that I paid more for. Unfortunately those lasted less than a year before one side stopped working. Over the years, I’ve had several pairs of LG headsets. One got lost, one had a shortened battery life after a couple of years and one wasn’t comfortable. I’m trying out a new brand because I didn’t appreciate that LG customer support said I could send in the broken headset, but if it was determined not to be a manufacturer defect that I would have to pay $20 diagnostic fee.
The Sony are more comfortable, but less noise cancelling. If you’re listening on a bus or in a noisy area then that should be considered. The neck band on the Sony is stiffer and feels more sturdy. One downside to that is that two hands are needed to put on the headset, but the fit is still comfortable. There also was not much warning that the battery was low. As a matter of fact, I heard one time “Battery low, please charge now,” and the headset shut off. Not a deal breaker, but noteworthy.

I bought these to replace an old BT headset that would no longer hold a charge. I work a 12hr shift and having music is a must have. My old set had a max life of 14hrs, these last 20hrs. I have actually gotten over 24hrs out of them by turning off the voice calling function. These don't provide an over powering bass sound but it is good. They are light weight, I barely notice I have them on, it takes some getting used to as the controls are on the left side and my old set they were on the right. A short power button press and it will tell you the battery charge level from High, Medium and Low. And the cable management is simple but effective.
For the price I couldn't pass these up, they were only $10 more and lasted 6+ hrs longer. For an in expensive set with good battery life, and decent sound quality I would highly recommend these.

Needed a subtle bluetooth headphones set while doing chores like laundry. Easily connected to my phone, plenty of bass for music, and crystal clear audio for podcasts and phenomenal battery. Good stuff!

Don’t want to lose your earbuds or use those long cord buds? These are for you. Hardly noticeable once you have the buds in ear and if one falls out (possibly) it falls on your chest and doesn’t get lost. The quality and fit are perfect.the sound is great and for the price you can’t beat the convince. I have two pair in case my son loses his wireless bud until he finds them. Great for everyday use. I leave them on even in bed!!! The music lover I am!!!

Cheap plastic and the rubber stoppers that are supposed to keep the headphones from being pulled to far out do not work well at all.
Major issue though the wires themselves are made with such poor plastic that if your out in maybe 40 degree weather or below they basically turn into antenna after you try to take them out, they get really hard, and due to the toughness after only having them into the winter for about a month the left side cracked and now open wired are exposed and I'm just now waiting for them to stop working. I do like the battery life and the sound quality is very decent for the price 10 to 12 hrs plus I normally get out of them so that's pretty darn good bass and range is very good on the sound quality but I will no recommend them due to the fact you will have to replace them eventually sooner than should need be.

Bought as a stocking stuffer for my mother. Nice clean sound, GREAT battery life and easy to connect with any Bluetooth device. With the trade off of a smaller sound stage, not much depth to it. She loves using them when out on walks.

I use these for work and shopping. They are so comfortable that I can actually forget I'm wearing them. The sound quality is excellent. But it can get a little glitchy if used around a microwave lol. The battery lasts at least 24 hours but I charge mine nightly. Highly recommend.

Sound quality was better than expected. It has better than average sound quality to actual great quality sound for wireless headphones! Great for both listening to music and for listening while watching a movie. They have a great balance of good bass and treble. Well tuned set of headphones. While watching a movie the things you see and hear moving from the left or the right of the screen and even from the distance either behind or in front of the camera that filmed the movie, the left and right ear buds do a great job at making the movie experience sound life-like and you hear sounds travel from left to right and vice versa while watching a movie! Battery charge lasts a very long time as well. Very satisfied with this purchase!

Great sound, hides background noises very well so other people can hear you. They don’t get in the way very much sometimes forget your even wearing them. They usually last 2 maybe a little more than 2 12-hour shifts without charging. And that’s with a lot of long calls.

These headphones replaced a set of Sony MDR-XB80 headphones that finally died. Overall these headphones aren't bad, but they do have some drawbacks:
The Good:
1. Easy to Use - Pairing is easy
2. Battery life is exceptional, the headphones last for 16 - 20 hours before a charge is needed
3. Sound quality is decent - They aren't studio quality, but still pretty good for the price point.
The Not-So-Good
1. These headphones randomly cut-in & out. One second music is playing and after turning your head, the music starts cutting out. Really annoying
2. Along the same lines, the headphones randomly turn off.
3. The buttons are on the inside of the neck-band... It would be easier to adjust the volume if the buttons were on the outside
Overall, these headphones are pretty good for the price.

I’m always on the go all day so I was looking for something with good battery life and my expectations were exceeded. After a full day the battery only went down a little. Not sure why the ear buds just hang but that’s a common thing with all the new models. Only problem I have is that there is a lot of back ground noise. The microphone picks up everything like the wind or just my shirt moving and i have to listen to it while I’m having a conversation.
