Sound good, comfortable. No issues at all with these and I wear them everyday for several hours.

I wanted/needed wireless headphones for when I travel so I could listen to music on my iPad or iPhone. Didn't want anything bulky or expensive (like the Dr. Dre headphones). Sound quality is good.

HEADPHONES WORK OK A BIT CHOPPY AT TIMES DURING A PHONE CALL, BUT NOT TOO BAD. HOWEVER MUSIC DOES SKIP WHEN PLAYING AT TIMES. OVERALL I DECIDED TO KEEP IT BECAUSE IT DOES WHAT I NEED IT TO DO FOR THE MOST PART, BECAUSE I MOSTLY USE IT FOR WORKING OUT. ALSO LIGHT WEIGHT TO THE POINT I FORGET I HAVE IT ON AND IM AT WORK. I ONLY GAVE THREE STARS, BECAUSE I EXPECTED MORE FROM A SONY PRODUCT, BUT LIKE I SAID IT GETS THE JOB DONE.

Purchased these for my Mom on Mother’s day to replace an old samsung set. Sound has been very good as well as battery life.

This is my first pair of wireless behind-the-neck headphones. Very pleased with them. Surprisingly comfortable, really good sound.

Sound quality is good but I'm grading it down because this is the second set I've purchased and both died within a year of moderate (if even that) use. Wish I could give it a higher rating because the sound is great but Sony (and others) need to make products that last longer or offer a longer warranty. Very frustrating.

I enjoy my headphones sound clarity long battery life and when listening to music it sounds great.

My daughter uses these headphones all the time. They work very well and have withstood lots of different situations. Good battery life also.

Sound quality is above average for music however when trying to use it for a call, the caller sounded like they were talking through a tin can stuffed with cotton and they said I sounded scratchy, glitchy and really digital. Tried it with multiple calls and same results every time. Primary reason I bought these was to talk on the phone (I have plenty of great headphones already and don't need a pair of average ones) so they got returned.

Purchased headset as replacement for a similar one that wasn't working anymore. Price was reasonable ,got the replacement warranty. Very satisfied so far. Would reccomend Best Buy n this product.

Overall good product. I am a truck driver and I use them all day everyday. Good sound and good volume.

Got these in place of my last pair of headphones. These are horrible. First pair I got I had to take back because it sounded like I was taking to a computer. Just changed them in for another pair and these are also crackly. Sound clear if listening to music or something on your phone. Unfortunately when talking to someone else it's very bad. Can't hear what they are saying. If they say one word I can't hear them at all. When they do talk they break up badly. Never had this problem b4. Now i do with every person I talk to. Worse part about them is the speaker is half way up the set sho every time you move your head you hear the rubbing of the speaker like someone is rubbing a microphone. Both parties hear it on the phones. Plus there is nowhere to put the ear pieces once your not using them. So they hang in the way and get caught on everything. Good thing I got a warranty on them. I guarentee I will not be able to hear out of them sooner then later.

The range has been decent, battery life is great for streaming types (iheart for me), and overall quality is what I expect from Sony.

Headphones have a great sound to them and the battery last all day. Great for using at work to drown out office noise.

These headphones were really comfortable and great for listening to music, but not for call quality. There was a lot of background noise on my calls. If you’re looking for a good sound quality and noise cancellation for playing music only, these would be great for you!

Use them quite a bit good batterie life and sound quality! Phone calls are good quality too.

This is a very comfortable and light weight headset. I can have it on for hours and barely notice I am wearing it. The fit and the sound are great.
