It may only be this headset since I was replacing the exact same model. I am able to hear on it very well. Battery life is great. So yes only complaint is the people on the other end are having a hard time hearing me especially if there is a lot of background noise

So I definitely recommend this product to any 1 that likes to hear loud music like I do & especially buying it from Best Buy as well cause they also have excellent customer service & Best Buy is my favorite store to....
