I bought the first pairs for my mom and daughter for Christmas almost 5 years ago. My daughter uses it everyday and I did not think it would last this long: either she would break it, the battery would stop charging or she would lose it. Neither of those things happened. I would highly recommend this product.

Sony's C-400, Behind-the-=Ear Headphones are one of the marvels introduced lately. There are so many prodcuts that are great, and of these many impressive. Just wait until you try these Sony C-400 units. You feel nothing and hear hear great music. May earphones and buds have had problems, with these you never want to take them off!

This product is a great addition to my Bluetooth family! It is easy to use as well as very light. It has a tremendous way for me to hear directions from my GPS program on my iPhone! Due to my hearing problem I needed some way to be able to hear directions clearly! I would highly recommend this product to anyone having similar needs!

I work outside and need my hand also I talke to customers all day on the phone so far these have been one of the best I ever have used before. They do not static and I do not sound like I’m in a bubble. Also if I speak to my phone it picks up the words clearly

Great headset. Feels cheap but sound is great... for me. But my friends started complaining about the mic sound after the 4th month of ownership. I'm super gentle with them, but don't buy these expecting to use the mic for long.

Normally I purchase $100-$150 dollar earbuds and when my last one broke I took it back and got two of these instead. I initially was pleasantly surprised by how good they were. Decent sound quality, decent mic. Overall good experience for approximately three to six months when one side stopped working. A week or so later the second pair also stopped but with both ears. I have now exchanged both sets three or four times in. Now I am a very heavy user but my wife is not. She barely touches hers and they both break down around the same time. If you buy these, buy the protection plan. My last exchange was three months ago, I think it's time for me to try something else.

For the price these headphones do the job. They are comfortable and easy to use.

These replaced an LG headset that just went dead after a year and half or so. Geek squad coverage o it so I bought these. I’ve never had anything pair up by Bluetooth so easily. Controls for volume, pause and play are great additions. They stay charged for a very long time. Good job Sony
