I prefer the over the neck feature opposed to the direct in-the-ear, however, the biggest letdown is the volume... On phone connectivity it's not bad; on device connectivity it's horrible. Tablets, computers, etc. ALL have terrible volume control. It's like wherever this device sets it you cannot I crease ery much at all. So,,use it for phones only. SMH.

Other than that they do the average to assist me with being hands-free..

These awful for music to me and the phone call quality was poor on the receiving end. They didn’t even get perfect on one aspect of a Bluetooth. I only gave two stars because I liked the controls and the price range wasn’t bad. Wire broke on one side and replaced within a month.

Fast forward 1yr & 3 months later, the headphones are shutting down even when fully charged, the headphones do turn back on manually but will shut off randomly again. Funny though, the headphones started breaking down a mere 3 months after the warranty expired. Ultimately if you decide to purchase these headphones know that they will only last you about 1 yr.

it works ok but not as easy as the LG I hade befor
