The call quality is not great in the sense that the feedback of background noise the mic picks up makes it uncomfortable to simply be on a call, even if nobody is speaking. Then, those on the other end of the phone say I sound like I'm underwater. I know its not my phone, as my other earbuds don't have the same issue. The only positive is that they are wireless and the music quality is not bad--It's good, but not great (bass levels are not good). I highly prefer the audio quality of my Beats earbuds any day, but since I spent way too much money for this Sony pair and in all honesty, I'm too lazy to return them, I've kept them as my gym headphones because I really don't care if they break at this point or get sweat on them. I'll use them until they break and then I'm never buying them again.

Not what I expected

When it's not in use the earbuds poke me in the neck very uncomfortable and there is some feedback when speaking to someone. It drops connection a few feet away from the phone. I've had better connection with a cheaper hesdset.

These headphones are trash. They distort the music occasionally. The ear pieces are not long enough to cross ears (i.e; Workout purposes) and do not have anything to hold them or stop them from being pulled/tugged on. Occasionally none of the buttons work meaning you’re unable to pause, play, next track, back track or anything which can be pretty inconvenient when working out. I bought these only because my headphones broke (Insignia Brand after 2 years) and I needed something to hold me Over until my real Headphones came (LG Wireless). This was a disappointing purchase but for the price paid, I got exactly what I purchased.
