These headphones weren't that great. I used them for about a week, returned them, and bought AirPods.

The ear plugs do not have a great range at all. You must be extremely close to the phone which isn’t convenient.

You could hear it rubbing up against your clothes. It works but I couldn't take the extra noise so I returned it.

purchased my 2nd Sony bluetooth headphones. within weeks, the first device could no be charged. With the second, the headset vibrated when the phone rang as it should, but it never stopped vibrating, lost its charge and could not be re-charged. Absolute poor quality item.

I was really disappointed in the performance, look, and feel of these "around the neck" in ear headphones as compared to the Sony SBH70 headphones I bought in 2017. Cosmetically they just look incredibly cheap; and the sound was nowhere near the what I expect from Sony, so I have been using them as backup only.

Had to exchange these headphones because I kept getting static interference whenever I tried to listen to Youtube videos on them. Worked ok with music, but the static during Youtube videos was a no go. Tried all the troubleshooting steps and nothing got rid of the static so it looks like this product is just faulty.
