It is the best hands-free you can buy at its price, there is none that equals it. I have been buying it for 5 years and I will continue buying it.

The sound is great, better than like priced buds I took away 1 star because of how cheap they feel and the range is like only 15 feet other wise it would be a 5 star.

Works as needed for a good workout headphone. Nothing crazy and not my best pair but good enough to beat up a little bit while still getting good sound quality.

No complaints. Use it regularly at work, battery lasts days when i use it for 8 plus hours a day. Sound quality is pretty good too.

So I had a pair of the original LG Tones for about 8 years. So my basis on what those did good and what those did not do good. I was not a fan of this units rigid structure. It bothered my neck. I am not a big guy but if you have a larger than 17" neck than these may feel constricting. The Microphone did not pick up my voice well either. The sound was good though and if you will use these strictly for music it was definitly servicable. The way the earbuds can be pulled against the arms for storage is original but annoying.

Love that they go around your neck so you can’t easily loose them if the buds fall out of your ears. The sound is good which is expected of sony.

The Sony earbuds worked good. However, I returned them for retractable ones.

Use this set for its great sound output. Do NOT use this set to talk to anyone on your phone, or for talk-to-text for that matter, and you're good to go. Battery life is competent for a set of its size and price range.

I really do like the quality of these for phone calls-no one can hear the back ground noise (sound machine) or me breathing! For exercise-I have to tuck the "arms" under my tank top or else my collar bone takes a beating.

Bought these in June, the battery life is good but a few weeks ago the right earbud was noticeably quieter and just now in September I couldn't hear anything from the right side. I tore the little protector inside out and now I can hear just fine, so in case you can't hear out yours check if the protector is blocked. Or my ears are just dirty.

These are my second pair purchased. They were in sale and i am so happy with first one i bought the second pair to rotate use. Well made and comfortable and sound great

Sometimes this headset disconnects for no reason. The sound tends to go in and out. When it does work it is pretty good.

4 stars only as you can get a lag between the iPad (Netflix) and the sound through the headphones. Also-there can be some confusion if you have your iPhone and iPad close to each other.. I am very happy with my purchase.

I had been alternating between Bose over ear and Sennheiser ear buds. This Sony headset is more comfortable than either and provides great sound and isolation form exterior sounds.

Easy to pair with my TV. Holds charge for several nights. Controls are easy to use. Stereo sound is clear and well-separated.

The Sony C-400 wireless headphones is a comfortable wrap around blue-tooth. The earpiece fits comfortable and stays in my ear while working outside or while on the job.

I love this for ease of use. This is my second pair for work. I am not tech savvie, and I am sure they are missing some cool features, but they sound good and the battery stays charged forever.

This is a great product but for a small person it is quit bulky and flops around during workouts. Will have to return this one as well. Why is it so hard to find the right headphones!? Sound quality is amazing!!

You'd think with the plastic wrap and literally four buttons, that you could do a lot with the headset, but it's not very intuitive. Pairing is very complicated, and if you're pairing with multiple devices, good luck. It's also virtually impossible to skip songs with it. I'm giving it a 3 because the battery lasts a long time and it actually auto shuts off. Also the U-shaped design stays on your neck easily. I just wish the ear buds were retractable or could magnetize together instead of dangling.
