Some people can't hear me on calls, others can. For listening to books and music it's great. Doesn't always work out for hands free phone calls which is a big deal for me. That's why I gave them 3 stars. I would do 3 1/2 if I could.

Excellent Noise Canceling Headphones

I believe the Sony model is better. The call quality is much better and the neckband design is better. The Bose style neckband will twist around your neck.

Useful until it wasn't

Not too fond of the vibration around my neck when the phone rang. Returned it and currently looking for wireless buds.

However for a Sony product I expected better quality. Not long after purchase I lost all sound from the.right earbud. The store feels it due to rough handling. I have.been carefully and gentle with this headset so I dont see how it's been handled rough
