Did the job for about a year. Would not recommend if you have a very physical line of work or for exercising. If doing chores around the house and working in the yard they are great.

These headphones stay charged for two days straight while using them all day long. The sound quality is fantastic and crisp clean music. They stay on and are all around great headphones. The only reason I had to buy another pair was because the first ones got lost. They are good quality long lasting great sound.

I spend a lot of time with important calls so sound quality was means a lot. There is clear and concise transmission of sound both on calls and music. The microphone is clear. The headphone fit nicely behind the neck. The soft in the ear bud is very comfortable and sit where it would not fall out.

I don’t particularly care for the way the ear buds hang down, and the mechanism suspend them is a little weird. I also didn’t think they were “cheap.” That said, the battery life is phenomenal, the sound is clear, and The mic works well. These are my go-to for conference and work calls. The range isnt great, but So far, I’ve had zero connection issues when I’ve been in the same room as my phone.

These are very light in weight and really comfortable to use. Battery Back-up is also good..

Bought these to replace a set of LG Tones that got a dead speaker. Trusted the name well enough to give them a shot, and they were inexpensive. Battery life is good enough to listen loud for a whole work day (10 hours without a charge). I haven't run them down to see just how long they last. Sound is good, especially for wireless ear buds. If you're in the market, give these a shot, you should be satisfied with your purchase.

I loved the LG tones when they came out and I feel like those were such a huge hit that a lot of companies tried to copy car theM. This is the case with most products but it can be aggravating. I loved how you could rest the headset on your shoulders like I can with these ones, but the selling point besides the sound and adaptability of the headset itself, was the retractable ear pieces. This headset was at a good price point which is what did it for me, however, not being able to have the ear pieces be magnetic and retract is definitely a downside for me. They also feel sort of plastic and easy to break. The only way to retract the ear buds and have them secure is not a plus side with this headset because they keep coming out of the provided whole and it’s aggravating that the wires are stiff too bc they get in the way.

After about 30min of price comparisons, battery life, and size, I came to the conclusion that this wireless headset was best for the asking price. As stated, your tunes will sound pretty darn good... but if you ever take a call with these on, the person on the other end will swear you're underwater. I recommend this as a starter headset for those who aren't yet ready to spend the big bucks on a premium pair of wireless.

This is lightweight, durable and the sound quality is very good. Someone is has a hearing impairment it is awesome. The only thing is it has a little bit of crackling. However I believe it is from the rain getting on it when I was outside and unexpected weather change. It's not water proof. Will only buy Sony products now.

This wireless headphone has non-magnetic ear buds, which I thought might be awkward. Not So. In fact, I really like these better, the buds can be pulled up towards the headset manually, with nice design details. Sound is great, recharges really quickly!

I've had a few pairs of these types of headphones, and this specific pair is by far the best I've used. The sound quality is great, the buttons are easily accessible, even if using gloves. The battery will last well over two days on standby on a single charge, and the neck band is comfortable, hardly noticeable.

Bought it for my wife. Ask how she likes it and she had a really big smile. Has really good sound battery last a good while. It’s comfortable Hardly feed it around her neck and does not have to put the ear buds in her ear to hear the music playing.

I bought these and haven’t had the greatest time using them, the ear buds are comfortable and the battery life is amazing however the headphones seem to disconnect after every few songs and sometimes seem staticky even with my phone less than 3 feet away.

I’ve had these wireless headphones for three months now. I primarily wear these to the gym to workout and at home to listen to music. The sound is great and the earbuds fit and stay in my ear even while I sweat at the gym. The battery life is very good and I don’t have to charge it every day. I have also received voice phone calls and I can hear the person I am talking to very clearly and they can hear me clearly also. All the buttons are also easy to use to turn the unit on, off, volume up and down, answer incoming call/hang up. You can skip a song on your playlist and it also will tell you how your battery level is. I do wish that the bluetooth range was a little farther because when I move to another part of the house, it starts to cut out and I can’t hear my music because I’m too far from my cell phone. I’m really happy with this wireless Sony headset. Great quality and features.

I USE IT EVERY DAY QUALITY IS GOOD, ONLY ISSUSE IS THE BUD ENDS FALL OFF. I WENT AND BOUGHT CHEAP HEADPHONES AND GOT TWO BUD CAPS TO REPLACE THEM, AT THE UNDER 5 STORE.

Decent headset for the price. Sound is fairly good. Only down fall is the ear pieces don't retract into the set.

The Sony C400 wireless headphones are great. The sound quality is superb and battery life is amazing. Unfortunately, I had to give mine to my wife because the buds would not stay in my ear while working out. My odd shape ear canal require earbuds similar to the ones made by Bose. I gave the Sony C400 4 stars and would highly recommend to anyone with regular shape ear canals.
