    Doesn't maintain blue tooth connectivity. Have to constantly reconnect. Everything else I like about it sound, controls, etc.

    Biggest disappointments poor audio. Audio “stutters” a lot, I have had numerous other Bluetooth buds before but they have never done that. Also expected better tone quality for a Sony brand, not much for lows.

    I was used to getting the LG headphones but they were so pricey.Once the warranty policy changed on them I decided to switch brands and went with Sony.I've had to replace them once in two years due to the sound going out on one side. Other than that I love them

    I bought this for a Christmas gift and my mother loves it. As she uses it I cannot get give more detail yet every time I see her it is around her neck, so I'd say it works very well.

    Perfect headset. They fit around the neck. I forget i have them on. Haven't really tested the battery life as i plug them in every night but they seem to last all day.

    I already have bought one of this product, and it worked only for 6 months after that time, one of the earphones stopped working, unfortunately when I realized of that already have bought the second one.

    It works great for music and video listening but horrible quality for any phone calls. It would just be static that it would make you jump and feel like your ears popped or something.
