The one I purchased first and had install, the display could not be seen until the sun went down. I ordered a marine radio, this one the display could be read in the sun or night, the way they should be. I called the manuf. company and told them, their design with the stupid color lights were worthless. I like the one I have in the car presently.

I specifically inquired about a Bluetooth product - which it is. It also advertises iPod and iPhone compatible, which it is. However, the Apple products are NOT Bluetooth compatible and must be used with a USB connection. This defeats the purpose of my "upgrade" and since it is for a boat, an inconvenient purchase for people with Apple products. We will not be able to use the Bluetoth feature because entire family has Apple iPhones! Too late after install and disappointed in salesman. Product does work as it is designed...

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought this 2 & 1/2 years ago and the extra warranty ran out 6 months ago. We removed the radio and it is completely rusted out. I would not recommend this for a boat and Sony will not stand behind it.
