It is a good camera 20 megapixel, the picture quality it's excellent the only thing I didn't like it's power by 4 double AA batteries.

Camera was a gift for my mom, she loves it. Takes amazing photos and videos.

This is a solid camera for a good price. A real good value considering the big zoom and 20mp. It takes clear sharp photos. You need a tripod for long zoom shots though. Only complaint is there is room for full PASM, but this one doesnt have it, but the H400 does.

Nice camera with good specs. The only problem is it is too automatic. Even after stopping all auto functions I can find, the auto focus takes a long time and keeps adjusting nonstop. I can't get a picture of a closer object, auto focus focuses on the distant landscape. Other than that, good camera with quick startup.

I actually returned this camera because I wasn't entirely happy with it. It is a good price for a 20mp camera with 35x optical zoom. And it is a nice-looking camera, but when using it, it feels cheaply-made. The quality of photos was less than desired. I wasn't able to try one out before purchasing because Best Buy's in-stock cameras are not very numerous- so I ordered online. I doubt I would have purchased it if I had tried it out first. After retuning, I purchased a Canon Powershot SX720 which I am pleased with (although it was a little more expensive) It's true you get what you pay for.

This camera is very easy to use. I bought it because I like taking pictures, very much a beginner, but I wanted a better camera than my phone camera. The zoom in and out is perfect.

Where do I begin? The zoom is incredible, it’s easy to figure out so it’s good for beginners, it’s clearly made with high quality, the 20.1mp goes a long way and the battery life lasts for a good 2hr long photoshoot.

Very easy to use. Only drawback is that it requires AA batteries so when you travel you need to take a bunch of them.

I purchased this camera just before taking a trip to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Could not be happier with my photographs! It's very easy to use as well.

My son and daughter inlaw said they would like to have a new camera to take pictures of their baby during the holidays,and of course as always I sat down and did my research and knew I had already gotten them a new Sony Blu-ray player for them the brand choice of my family has always been Sony and always will be.A great feature rich camera for a great price from a fantastic brand.

This is my second professional camera and it is the most easy to use and take beautiful and smooties pictures.

Great camera, but long zoom is not as accurate, I just wish the long zoom was as great as my Nikon long zoom camera. other than that it is a good camera, good zoom, nice for intermediate photo shoots.

it gets the job done and looks bigger than in the picture,. Not too many settings and flash is exposed from a button on the exterior which i thought was weird

We are not tech savvy BUT this camera is very easy to learn to use.
