Sony always has been one of my best brand when it comes to cameras and televisions

Cam takes great pics, a bit.of work to navigate through its settings but once you have the hang of it , you are good go.

If you are looking to start small scale with picture taking go here, it will get your feet wet into wanting up go better

This camera is a great shooter, but the 4 AA Batteries don't work that good when using the camera in a colder climate.

Having a problem getting the flash turned on. Checked online to find that it's a common problem with this model.

Good camera. Has a lot of settings. Wide angle len and telephoto lens. White balance adjustment. Some special effects.

Camera lacks good user info. Online instructions are not very good. I am having a difficult time learning how to use this DSC-H300 Cyber Shot camera.

For the price, this is one of the best camera's you can get. I definitely would suggest this if you are in need of a camera. With digital AND optical zoom, this provides a great range of zooming one could do.

I was so excited to see this camera at the price I go it. It will be a Christmas present, and is designed to see how much my son will really like/use a nicer camera. My husband saw it and now he wants one also.

I did read reviews, but obviously not carefully enough. I bought this camera for my son and didn't realize that it does not have a rechargeable battery, so AA batteries have to be purchased, and for a kid that doesn't understand shutting off the camera when you're done with it, the cost of batteries could add up. The zoom also isn't great, but ok for up close, lighted area pictures.

Easy to use. love it! would recommend it to anyone

The only thing i didn't like is that it doesn't have an adapter to charge. I have to change batteries every 2 weeks

If you want quality pictures and video and don't need tons of extras this is a great camera at this price point.
