OK for Cheap Ear buds

I attempted to return them, but it turns out that Best Buys' contract with Sony does not allow BB to give refunds or even replacements. Therefore, I am now dealing with Sony to get a refund or replacement for $15 earbuds. For now, they rest in our ever-expanding earbud graveyard.
