I got a good deal on this playstation. I usually don't like to purchase refurbished products but this was a good deal. A year later and it is still working fine.

I got this in Hope's it'd be complete fixed when I got it but when I powered it on it booted up in safe mode and I had to update in from the ps4 webpage. After that it worked well for a bit and now anytime I try to download and play a game like doom 2016 version, fallout 4, or even borderlands 3 it starts to freeze up and then says the file is corrupted. I have tried deleting and downloading the game several times now and it still corrupts. I have talked to my local best buy and they said they could do anything for me without geek squad protection even though I had just purchased the console a week or two prior and was trying to see if there was any formatting I could do to fix it with an update. I don't know if it was a shipping problem or what but I am not too happy with my purchase. I hope I can get it fixed soon because I want to be able to play all the games that I have bought.

Bought for my son after going around the city for months! Works like new. Comes with console, power, hdmi and controller and charger cable

My daughter said the PS4 works good but the discs do not insert very well. Also, some discs do not play either so she has to download instead.

Our son wanted the PS4 but didn't want to spend the amount for a new one. Buying a refurbished from Best Buy allowed him to save some of his money and still get a new gaming system. He's very happy with it!

So far, I’ve had no issues like others have stated. The ps4 works and runs flawlessly like it’s brand new.

PS4 came in an unmarked box with none of the accessories listed. Went out and bought necessary cables, plugged it in and upon the initial start up it seemed all right. Once ps4 games were installed it became apparent there was internal damage. It wouldnt play anything with an already existing play file (crashed the game after about 5 to 8 seconds of intro cards) and would only let you play newly downloaded games one time, then once you trued to restart the game to pickup where you left off it would crash.

I’ve been waiting for about 2 years to get another PlayStation since my last one broke in this was a great buy for me honestly work perfectly good stiff Best Buy

PlayStation4 I never regretted the purchase. I’m enjoying the game with other Gamer online
