Refurbished?

The console was shipped in a box 5 times the consoles size with no protection to prevent it from shifting in the box. During setup the drive said it was corrupted. Did a factory reset for the drive to act fine until I loaded more games into it and of course this was after the return period. The controller was sticky and did not hold a charge. There was absolutely no benefit to buying this refurbished from best buy. I have since ordered both a replacement battery and hard drive for this PS4. You are not getting piece of mind buying refurbished through best buy just a limited return window.

Missing everything but the console.

I called customer service and they said I had to box it back up, send it back and wait for another one, I said no,hung up on them and bought what I needed from Amazon. The actual PS4 console was in EXCELLENT condition and looked as if someone returned it without actually using it.
