I absolutely do not recommend anybody getting one of these systems. It is not Best Buy at all. The first one that I got worked for 7 hours and then broke and had to be returned. The second one I was sent broke after 3 hours and had to be returned. I do have to say Jennifer the supervisor at the Best buy in Brandon made this horrible experience so much better and easier for me and I can't thank her enough.

Looked brand new!! Works great and all items were in the box. Would definitely buy it again.

It’s good for the price but it’s really laggy I get an error code saying the system is corrupted but overall it’s alright

Power cord provided was not compatable for this model. Had to buy a power cord for the PS4 pro that was to be provided. Tried for 8 hours and researched why the USB port would not syn up with console. Even tried restarting with safe mode. Its broken. They sold me a broken console & now it's not returnable. Ugh...

It is in good condition and works well. I am happy with the restoration.

Packing was poor shipped in a basic brown box with single layer of bubble wrap and no instructions. Works fine.

Looked great, packaging was not the original box but overall the product was in great condition and I was able to set it up without issue. This is a great value for the price.

System may have been refurbished but I have had no issues in regards to its operations. I didn't want to upgrade to the PS5 at the moment but I am very happy with my purchase.

This is the worst product ever they sent me it but the cables were not there and the controller was broken nothing thats in the box work and the box it came in was all beat up.

No issues, PS4 Pro works great! It had all accessories in the box. I had my order sent to my local BestBuy, checked the box before leaving.

Only the console arrived without the controller,the power cord or anything else I was told came with it. I called customer service and they said I had to box it back up, send it back and wait for another one, I said no,hung up on them and bought what I needed from Amazon. The actual PS4 console was in EXCELLENT condition and looked as if someone returned it without actually using it.

Upgraded after a PS4 died peacefully and wish I had done so sooner! Everything was neatly packaged and in excellent condition.

Arrived on time and in great condition. No issues, while running quiet and working fine. Happy with purchase!

Let's start with the packaging. The console was shipped in a box 5 times the consoles size with no protection to prevent it from shifting in the box. During setup the drive said it was corrupted. Did a factory reset for the drive to act fine until I loaded more games into it and of course this was after the return period. The controller was sticky and did not hold a charge. There was absolutely no benefit to buying this refurbished from best buy. I have since ordered both a replacement battery and hard drive for this PS4. You are not getting piece of mind buying refurbished through best buy just a limited return window.

Works good but the cables were in bad condition and i had to buy new ones

I was a bit skeptical at first to buy a refurbished system. Ive had it for a few weeks now and it seems to work great. No complaints.
