I bought this for my son for Christmas. So far he loves it. He is still learning how to use it, but as of right now he is happy with it. Shipping was crazy fast. Ordered one day, got it the next.

This camcorder is the bomb. It has all the features of a Pro camcorder and more manual settings then others. They did a great job with the focusing grid so no more hunting or out of focus videos. This unit locks on to a subject and keeps it there. This thing has so many, many options for a camcorder of its size. N.D. filters, yes 3 different N.D. settings and a big 62mm lens. Its like a fully loaded bake potato you just cant wait to get your hands on it. The 4K video is out of this world even if you watch it on a 1080 T.V. So if your looking to up grade your old disc camcorder, get one of these cause there going to be hard to keep in stock.

I've been using two AX100s for years as part of my video business, using them to tape theatrical productions, recording interviews, performances rehearsals, etc., and found them reliable, with a slightly oversharp image and no way to modify the image besides the most basic, consumer level picture profiles. Yet they produced a really nice image and seemed bulletproof in their manner of just churning out the footage, job after job. The AX700 is the AX100 as I've very much wanted it to be for years. The autofocus is vastly improved over the AX100 - such a joy - the image and camera option menus are much more in line with a professional camera - the image itself seem to have more depth to it - I could go on and on. Very very satisfied.

This is a phenomenal camcorder. It has everything you are looking for in a video camera - and then some. It has a bunch of amazing features that you don't need to be an expert or professional to be able to use, which is nice. This gives you high quality video with crystal clear picture and sound. It is comfortable to hold and very lightweight. It has a long lasting battery so you don't have to worry about getting halfway through your kids recital or friends wedding and your battery dying. I would highly recommend checking it out. You can't go wrong with this camera. It's a great quality, well designed camera I would absolutely buy again. This would make a great gift, as well. Highly recommended.

I DOWN GRADED FROM THE XDCAM SAVED $1,000 AND WISH I DID THIS ALONG TIME AGO. LIGHTER SAME OR BETTER QUALITY ADDED FEAUTURE PICTURE OPTION AND NEVER NEEDED THAT BIG OL MIKE SET UP THAT MADE THE CAMERA HEAVIER AND BULKIER. THE XDCAM IS OUT OF STOCK AT THIS TIME 11-15-21. THE ONLY FEAUTUYRE THAT IS MISSING IS ACTION CAM . WHAT EVER THAT IS. I DONT NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE. I DO NOTICE THE PICTURE QUALITY IS BETTER . GO FIGURE. im going to add rubber sticker gripping pads as it can be quite slippery and fall out of youre hands . quite easy. Not this time.

AX700 makes Incredible Video... Filming Sports Events, Concerts, Weddings, there is No Limits.
