Thanks for sharing your review and experience with the HTA5000. Your feedback about the sound quality is greatly appreciated. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the soundbar is up-to-date. Please refer to this link for more information:

You do have the option to adjust the VOICE function to make dialogs clearer:

-Press VOICE to select the setting. The setting appears on the TV screen.

[Voice: On]: Dialog is easily heard by enhancing dialog range.
[Voice: Off]: Deactivates the voice mode function.

Note:
-The setting does not appear on the TV screen while the TV input is selected. In this case, you can check the setting in the front panel display.
-When the BLUETOOTH device is connected in BLUETOOTH transmission mode, the voice mode is disabled.

Additionally, you can adjust the sound settings of the soundbar to tailor-fit the sound quality to your needs. You may refer to this link for more information (refer to "Adjusting the Sound and Volume Quality"):
