Amazing soundbar.

I have to actually keep it fairly low, as it makes a crazy amount of sound. Completely clear sound, easy to use, love the remote.

Sony quality but no LDAC? Otherwise very good

I have a pair of wh xm4 headphones and i cannot believe they would not incorporate that. The workaround is I have an Apple TV hooked up to the extra HSMI port and use its lossless audio capabilities. Hooray Sony for having a passthrough HDMI that supports 4K 60.

Not worth the stress

Subwoofer would cut out, soundbar would randomly stop communicating with tv and sometimes wouldn’t turn off or on. When it worked was great but too many hassles especially for the price. Went with a jbl now that was half the price with same functionality and same sound. Outside consoles I always have problems with Sony products idk why.

The first one I bought would not connect the subwoofer, even with help from the Sony tech support. I exchanged it for another one and it works well. However, the indicator light on the subwoofer does not work, even from the first time I tried to use it. But I don’t want to wait for the replacement to arrive, so I’ll keep it. Our room is small, so it really fills the space well. I love the sound - a big improvement over just the tv speakers.

10 second delay on sound. Low sound volume

TV is also a Sony. TV doesnt do that with the Soundbar turned off. I have to turn it up to 30 just for normal listening. I dont get a 'surround sound' effect and I spent a lot of money for a little sound. I reached out to Sony to see if I could get some rear speakers to enhance the sound quality. Nope. Nothing pairs with it. Sound quality is clear and no buzzing so at least I have that.
