As most know, they can only put marginal speakers on todays super thin tv's this makes up for those short comings. Easy to install especially we ARC, plug and play for me.

Sony quality but no LDAC? Otherwise very good

I have a pair of wh xm4 headphones and i cannot believe they would not incorporate that. The workaround is I have an Apple TV hooked up to the extra HSMI port and use its lossless audio capabilities. Hooray Sony for having a passthrough HDMI that supports 4K 60.

Good 3 channel sound bar

The first one I bought would not connect the subwoofer, even with help from the Sony tech support. I exchanged it for another one and it works well. However, the indicator light on the subwoofer does not work, even from the first time I tried to use it. But I don’t want to wait for the replacement to arrive, so I’ll keep it. Our room is small, so it really fills the space well. I love the sound - a big improvement over just the tv speakers.
