It disconnects frequently from the TV. The Subwoofer will randomly not work (even though the light is green) and reconnecting it is a pain. Its also not very impressive sound. I was hoping for a more immersive experience with the subwoofer, but its definitely underwhelming. I would suggest looking at something else.

Posted .Hi Underwhelmed, We are sorry to hear about the issues you are having. This is usually not the case for our soundbars nor the experience we want you to have. For Bluetooth connection issue with your TV, Please make sure the system is not receiving
interference from a wireless LAN
device, other 2.4 GHz wireless
devices, or a microwave oven. If a
device that generates
electromagnetic radiation is nearby,
move the device away from the
system.
And remove any obstacle between the
system and the BLUETOOTH device or
move the system away from the
obstacle.
The subwoofer is connected to the soundbar automatically when they are turned on.If you cannot connect the subwoofer to the system, perform the manual connection. Refer to the link below for the step by step procedure:

And to ensure you're getting an optimal listening experience, please follow the steps below:
Check that all the cables and cords of the system and connected device are firmly inserted.
Make sure that the firmware version of the unit is up to date.
Try to select different Sound Mode options which are pre-programmed sound effects that are tailored to different kinds of sound sources.

We're truly glad you like the amazing sound, clear dialog, and overall performance of the HT-G700. If you feel subwoofer volume is not too loud or only a very low-level sound is heard, try the following:
• Press SW + on the remote control to increase the subwoofer volume (page 11).
• Set the night mode to off
• The subwoofer is designed for playback of bass or low frequency sound. If the input sources contain very little bass sound components (i.e., a TV broadcast), the sound from the subwoofer may be difficult to hear. We recommend to play the built-in demonstration music and check that the sound is output from the subwoofer, For steps on how to play the built-in demonstration music, refer to page 42 of the manuals below.
