    I bought this soundbar because we wanted a nit super expessive option with atmos and a subwoofer included. While the sound effects and surround sound were great, it was impossible to hear any dialog. The bar also lags slightly when connecting, so went mute the first few seconds of starting anything, or after ads, or after rewinding because we had to rewatch something because we can’t understand what was said. The interface to adjust the settings is difficult to use, and did not fix the above issues. It was too frustrating and i returned it.

      While we are pleased you are satisfied with the great sound effect & immersive surround sound of our HT-G700, we are really sorry if the voice/dialog sound of this soundbar did not live up to your expectations and that it had to be returned.

      For voice/dialog, we are not sure what brand/model of TV you had our HT-G700 connected to. However, some of these issues can be fixed by making sure that the VOICE mode feature of this soundbar is turned on. For reference, visit the link below:

      We also recommend configuring various settings related to the sound settings of the TV to further isolate the problem.
