The Hisene 2.1 sound bar is hard to beat for the money. I tried them JBL 2.1 and the sound of from the Hisene is better. The sound stage is wider and less muddled. Decent bass but not a sub woofer. I rarely use it past 50--it's loud. Movie mode is great for most TV but Music mode is definitely better for music. Easy setup w/ HDMI ARC. Great product!

Love it, it's a Sony, and that's a guarantee, good quality audio, well balanced, not a good choice if you're looking for a loud speaker even though it has a pretty decent volume.

Finally got the older Sony TV unpacked but did not feel like going through the hassle of unpacking the full stereo system yet. This was a budget-friendly option and worked immediately without any setup issues. Also quickly BT’d to my iPhone. Sound is nicely balanced with a bit of surround. I’m happy.

If you can snag one open box its a no brainer. Geeat for music and getting that movie audio just that much better. If you want better base, get a subwoofer.

Five stars for the price alone. This was easy to hook up (helps that I have a Sony TV), and it's easy to stream music from my phone. It sounds great and looks good under the TV. Only thing missing is a subwoofer, but that's ok.

Very good quality which significantly enhanced the speakers from the TV. Not quite surround sound movie room experience but more than sufficient for the TV in our screen porch. Soundbar works with its own remote as well as the Sony TV remote. Easy hookup.

Easy set up, nice full sound. Could be a little louder for music purposes, but great for television and film!

Great little sound bar for a smaller living area, especially for the price. Go through each setting on the remote to find your sound otherwise it will sound like the noise is coming through a cup.

Purchased this soundbar for our daughter’s bonus room. We have it connected via hdmi to a 48” Sony 4K. Movies and dialogue sound much better with this soundbar. Didn’t buy it for bass just to enhance the audio over the tv speakers. Happy with the purchase.
