I bought this battery for a backup. It worked fine on our trip to the grand canyon. No complaints here. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good battery.

If you grab an extra battery and leave the house with them both charged, you can get a crazy amount of film done and be sure not to miss anything. I love it for all day tournaments.

Works well and changes quickly It's not made in Japan but battery cell is so hope it'll last I have 2 of them now and change them 2-3 times a week

This has been a pleasant surprise. I am getting several football and soccer games in on both continuous and stop/go shooting without re-charge. Love it

It is significantly overpriced. It is possible to get a battery working non-stop for 4-6 hours on the Internet for much lower price. I'm kind of disappointed, but I had to get it quickly for the show that I was going to record on the same evening. Wasted some money although it works ok, but it's much smaller than the original battery from the camcorder box regardless of the sale's person promises. 2 stars just because it works ok.

This battery was purchased as a secondary battery for my new camera. With both fully charged, we used the camera for a week at Yellowstone and still had charge left over.

Nice camcorder battery, works like it should. Unfortunately, I had to pay full list retail price plus sales tax at Best Buy.

3-year old battery supplied with my 2011 model year camcorder fully charged lasts only 90 minutes using the LCD screen. This new battery will go 2 hours.

I decided to pay the extra money for the name brand battery and I'm glad I did! It hold up well while recording my training seminars.

The battery is the same as the one that comes with the camera, it is a perfect fit and will last at least 3-4 hours depending on the usage of features.

The battery that came with my camera did not last long. This one gives a much longer life. I bought it used to save a few bucks and recommend that option.

It is always good to have a spare battery. This is the same model as the one that came with the camera. Battery life is great.

Used it to allow me to record long performances and assemblies at school functions. It allows me to record the entire function at once. I edit out what I don't want at home.

I have to say you get what you pay for applies to a lot purchases but there are other equivalent batteries out there for a third less. 4 stars for price

I bought this as an extra battery for my camcorder. It charges quickly and lasts a long time. It was also a great value.

It works just like the original battery. It is great to have the extra battery so that you can have uninterrupted videos.

After charging the battery to a full charge, I was able record until my disk was full before having to charge it again.
