I’ve bought used controllers until now because I feared the price but I definitely noticed the big difference in quality. The color of this controller is gorgeous and everything works well. Been using it for a couple months now and no problems have happened unlike my pre owned controllers which would usually start having stick drift problems at this point.

I was looking far and wide High and Low for military patterned grey camouflage PlayStation 5 controller, this design was nowhere to be found. Until I went to Best Buy. They have a huge collection of electronics and I was in need of a new PlayStation 5 controller especially this particular one. I was SO Excited ! I was able to walk in, ask and be directed to the proper area and found Exactly what I wanted. The look, the feel and the availability was what was amazing. I have been enjoying numerous hours of fun with my new controller. On top of that it has the look that I was going for. Now with the combination of my new controller I feel like I can't be beat at my favorite games. Best buy came through in a clutch. Really impressed with the availability and the convenience of the whole shopping experience. I suggest if your in the market for one of these bad boys you should stop at Best Buy first. Dualsense if by far my favorite current gen controller. Very comfortable. Ergonomics fit perfect for all hand sizes. I've had this controller over a year, still works perfectly, no issues. I have 3 Dualsense and all with zero issues, no joystick drift of any kind. Highly recommend the dualsense.

Exactly what I thought it would be and I needed a second controller. I brought my PS5 with me to my daughter and son-in-law's house recently when we visited. I use a Dual Sense Edge controller and hadn't thought to bring my second controller from home. Once we decided to play some Madden, I needed this one. Of course BB had one in stock. Ordered online and was waiting when I arrived at the store. Great controller and ALWAYS great service for me from BB.
