My son loves the portal , thanks to Best Buy coming thru in the clutch for Xmas.

THe recent update made this the killer device! I bring it everywhere and play with my mobile phone shared hotspot connection.

Great purchase. Love the ability to connect to my PS5 when it is in rest mode from any place as long as i have a strong wi fi signal!!!

I bought 1 for my Son, and I loved it so much I kept it and had to order another 1 for him.

Really great for gaming if you have a fmaily and they need the tv for somthing else, play your PS games while you kids watch there shows. Just be mindful of how far away you are from the Playstation itself and the wifi modem or get somthing to boost or a wifi repeater.

My son got this for Christmas. He loves being able to play around the house and not stuck to one room.

It’s the perfect edition to your p5 especially if you travel a lot for work. I can play with my loved one even when I can’t come home due to work.

Bought as a Christmas gift and he hasn’t put it down since awesome buy.

Unfortunately it was as “meh” of a product as I had imagined. Im not shocked to find so may similar disappointing reviews but I am surprised that there are so many positive ones. It’s just a screen for the ps5 gaming console, which is clear with any decent research. Still, my 10 year old and I gave it a shot. Super glitchy, didn’t matter what WiFi the portal was on or the ps5 itself. All WiFi test speeds good. Definitely finicky to set up the right connections at first to be able to turn on the ps5 remotely (chat gpt gave best guidance when working through a Linksys mesh node network that was blocking capability to talk to the base unit). After a week even my son agreed to send it back which says it all. Not a good product. Neat idea maybe kinda? But in execution it fails.

I love it i can play anywhere in my house. I would recommend to all my freinds.

Awesome gaming system it never lags if you have strong WiFi and the movements and visuals are perfect

This portal is amazing my fiancé lives his and takes it everywhere.. even though it was refurbished it looks and works like it was never used before.

Looks and feels great, but playing PS5 games streaming or remote takes a lot of connectivity and lags even with very good wireless signal.

PlayStation Portal is an awesome device if you are in the target demographic. I use this when the TV that my PS5 is hooked up to is being taken by my wife of child. You could use a dual sense and an iPad or pc, but to me it’s way better using the handheld. The one thing I dislike is the lack of headphone support for wireless headphones

The best purchase I made we drove for Mo to New York and didn't need the ps5 console and Yes it connected over 1000 miles.
