This device worked flawlessly! the only thing that didnt work for me was the screen size. I dont see very well close up so the small screen was not good for me (im old). So I did end up returning it which was easy. I love Best Buy!

I purchased an open box PS Portal and everything was in excellent condition. I'm happy with the purchase. The portal works great on my network and I prefer it over my steam deck.

This is so convenient, great quality sound, light, works great, connects easily and works awesome, better than nintendo.

Basicslly ps remote play for your phone but as a branded ps device

Works well when good internet is available. I wish it cpuld play local games but thats not what its designed for.

I have owned this product before, it was a fun product to have. The Wi-Fi can always be a tricky situation, it is fun to have when you have great service and just want to play your PS games. I do wish I could have better access to my downloaded games.

Still getting use to the movement on this and not really satisfied just yet but giving it more time.

this device is awesome, my son really loves it because it gives him accessibility to his favorite games while on the road.. only bummer is that the ps5 has to be on in order to play it

All i would say is save your money and wait for an upgraded version. When this device works well and has no lag its the best handheld you can buy for the money, but when it disconnects snd lag consistently you start to wonder whats the purpose of this…

The device works great and has a decent time streaming games and works without a ps5 console however a 160 subscription per year on top oh needing wifi all the time is annoying for $360 id rather spend $400 on a steam deck

This is a great produce. The screen is awesome, the controls feel natural and just like the regular PS5 controller. I have had no connection issues and it stays connected to the PS5 well. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that it seems like it could easily have more functionality to work without connecting to a console or the PlayStation Plus library (apps, media, etc).
