I love my PS5 portable game station because it gives me the freedom to play anywhere and anytime. The graphics are smooth, the games are exciting, and it keeps me entertained on the go. It helps me relax, escape stress, and enjoy my favorite titles without being tied to one place.

The portal is everything I wanted it to be. I don't take it out of my house so I can't comment on use at a distance but for me to just get tired of sitting in one spot, I can just get up and take it with me to another room. I love it

This is a great device to use when you dont want to turn on your TV and disturb family/roomates. It's super nice that you can go anywhere with it as long as you have a wifi connection and the PS app, though I definitely use it mostly at my home juat because its more convenient than the TV.

I purchased the PlayStation Portal for my daughter's birthday, and I have to say, it’s been a game-changer for her gaming experience. The remote play feature works incredibly well, allowing her to stream her PS5 games directly to the Portal with minimal lag.

This device is fun and useful, but also lacks in a few ways. You can't stream video/TV to it, and all the games are streamed so there's prone to be delay/lag and you can't play with no internet connection. But overall it's a pretty fun device, handy for traveling and gaming if that suits your fancy.

This device is a game changer for me. I am no longer stuckon the tv. I can play this wherever i want in my house and its so convenient if you have kids. You do need good internet for it to really work but once it does its great. You also need ps plus premium if you want to stream from their library or your digital library.

I didn’t expect to love this thing as much as I did. It runs shockingly well and way better than I expected a streaming device to. I’m genuinely impressed how well it works with any game I’ve played on it so far, from fps, RPGs and even MMOs (FFXIV). There’s nothing more I can really say about it. It just works. Just keep in mind, as with any and every streaming device, your experience and enjoyment with it will depend on your ISP. If you have a good internet provider and speed, your experience will reflect mine. If your internet isn’t quite up to the task, your experience will most likely not be as robust as mine is.

It was hard to get, but I made it! This was a birthday present for my boyfriend. I got to pick it up before the day. It works perfectly fine as of now. We got a cover for it and a carry on bag. Quality of the screen is good. Just as advertised. He is very happy with his gift. (PS. its not scratched, it just has a cat hair LOL)

Best Buy provided the absolute best service and quality products, the team went above snd beyond to insure my product was ready for pick up and ready, the line was moving swiftly and everyone was professional, my son loved his Christmas present and haven’t stopped playing with it since we gifted it to him

This device is beautiful and it feels wonderful in your hands, but the screen is outdated and the colors feel washed out. It can stream games, but it requires a PS Premium membership which is an additional $17.99/month on top of the price of the device. Remote play is an option if you have a PS5, but you pretty much have to be at home to play it. I had issues connecting this device to my iPhone's wifi hotspot, but apparently, that is an issue with T-Mobile, and not with Sony. I just couldn't justify the price for the value I was getting with this device.

I read a lot of mixed reviews about not being able to stream your games without being on your home network…. I have been able to stream my games from anywhere with WiFi

I purchased my portal during the beta phase. I am now able to play game ln the cloud, but I wold have to donnect my portal to my console for other game use. Its best to purchase the premium playstation monthly fee in order to stream games from the cloud.once you pair your console to the portal, you cam play you games on the portal as you have great internet connection. I thought about getting this for a very long time but didn't because of the price because its honestly just a glorified controller with a screen but I ironically enjoy using it more than being glued to the coach. I even upgraded my data plan just so I can also use this on the go.

I love my PS portal, but just know what it’s uses and limits are before purchasing. When my main tv is in use being able to lay on the couch and play my PS5 is priceless. Also the quality of build is excellent and the screen is immaculate. If you’re on the fence go for it!

Great if you have a PS5 or just want to play on the cloud gaming. (Monthly fee) with limits. The controller and screen are perfect for a handheld gaming setup. Just wish it was a dedicated system.

I love being able to watch tv in the same room with my husband while he plays PlayStation! We used to always be resigned to different rooms. He's had no complaints with speed and functionality and often picks up the portal now even when the tv isn't even in use. Great purchase!

I love the screen size and controller design. But if it could ve used to stream from video streaming apps it would be amazing. Also add bluetooth so we can use the headphones of our choice. If this also had OLED and a brighter display, i would pay an extra $50 for it.

Love this portal . Battery life is good games run smooth . What more can u ask for ,i think sony have nailed it with thw software updates.
