Awesome product especially after the update 100% worth it

Great gaming accessorie for traveling and playing ps5 videogames. I will say this you will need a good connection to wifi to be able play games since they are being streamed.

This thing really surprised me. I was fully expecting to be disappointed but it works surprisingly well. I wouldn't recommend it for anything that requires really quick reaction times, because it can be a little laggy at times with the connection, but it's great otherwise. I'm thrilled that I can play the PS5 now if someone else in the house wants to watch something on the nice OLED TV!

Great alternative to playing on the big tv. Super convenient if you wanna play but someone else wants to use the tv your ps5 is plugged in to. It’s essentially a modern, larger version of the psp/ps vita, just requires a WiFi connection

Purchase it for my son when he is away from home and the only complain he has is that sometimes it can conect remotely and sometimes it does not after doing everything that could fix the issue it semms to be just a glitch somewhere in the portal software eventually hoping they fix it with an update

For sure is a solid purchase, if you got a good wifi it would work perfectly fine.

It’s a great product, only really works if you have a good internet connection. I’d recommend buying a travel router to go along with it. But a hotspot can do but for only a limit amount of time.

It’s the only way I play my game now. I was a little skeptical because what people said online but I love this thing. I play my ps5 way more now that I have it. As long as you have a decent connection you don’t really have anything to worry about. The only downside I see from people that is legitimate is the lack of a web browser so if you’re traveling and need to connect to hotel WiFi or any public WiFi it probably isn’t gonna work. Other than that it’s definitely worth the $200 price tag.

The portal is great for what it does. It allows you play your ps5 around your house. It syncs instantly and has a very good connection everywhere, which is surprising since my internet is just okay in certain parts of my house. Turning it on allows it to connect instantly to Ps5. Turning on a controller turns it off making it seamless. The biggest negative has nothing to do with what this is but what I wanted. You need internet to work this, due to the PS5 issues connecting to most Hotel WiFi’s, it means you cannot travel with it very well. This is not a travel console, but an attachment to your home system.

If you are a PS+ Premium subscriber it's worth every penny. I always thought it was a dumb idea but this is a great product after they added cloud streaming for Premium members that bypasses the PS5. If your PS5 is using ethernet the stream quality is great too. I was playing FF7 Rebirth half way across the country with no problems.

Im loving this PlayStation portable, it’s like taking my ps5 every where i go, and since im always out and about having it with me i now get the time to play all my games. Once again the PlayStation portable is ALSOME!!!!!

Works great, use it alot. While it does need wifi it is a nice thing to have if your a big ps5 fan. Good for children or adults. Have not had any huge issues and as long as the wifi is strong/normal you wont have disconnect issues as well. Overall a nice little addon. Definitely not a item to buy if your expecting it to work without wifi etc. Common sense when buying this item.

The PlayStation Portal is a must have! I love this device. It makes it easy for me to play my PlayStation in bed while my wife watches something on the TV. One thing to note is that if you’re experiencing lag, make sure your PS5 is hardwired into your network. Once I did that all lag I experienced was gone. I was even experiencing lag standing next to my PS5 while getting 500+ Mbps wirelessly. Do I wish this device could play games independently of a PS5? Yes! But I knew what this device was and it does that task extremely well.

PS Portal is a wonderful device when you have the cloud streaming service with a good internet speed, I had some problems using remote play but it was solved when I connected the PS5 with a network cable
