The only thing I dislike about this product is you really need a strong internet for it to work

If you hardwire the ps5 it’s a solid gaming experience

I was very hesitant to get the PlayStation Portal. With having 3 kids I get no time to game. So I bought this and gave it a shot (had two weeks to return it if I don’t like it). Well for me this has been amazing, I can now play anytime and I have finished two games since buying it. Highly recommend for Dads out there. It’s ok for call of duty but it’s better for single player games.

Mad the bad decision to listen to YouTube reviews and talked mysoout of pre ordering. Finally was able to get my hands on one and i have so happy to have this device. Fits my needs perfectly, it may not be for everyone but as a father who has younger children who are obsessed with Bluey i love that i can game while they do their thing. I have the best internet possible in my area and have had zero problems with connectivity and lag

At first, I skeptical of buying this since it is nothing more than an extension of the PS5 and not a system running games on its own. However, once my nephew showed me the immense display quality and the feel and control of the system it was a must buy for me. I am a person who watches many shows and the opportunity to multitask in a handheld while watching a series on tv is such a bonus.

I use it all the time. I have zero issues with playing any game on my home WIFI and I have even played at a couple of other locations, still no issues. The battery life could be a little bit better but I can use my phone charger to charge it, while I’m playing. If you are a gamer on the go or just want to be able to play a quick game, I highly recommend getting one of these.

My son loves his game. It was easy to connect and he can access his PlayStation game console on this device from anywhere as long as there is WiFi.

I love this thing. Great quality when using. WiFi can be frustrating at times.

Loving the purchase. travel a lot so remote play is awesome. the screen is much better than the switch. BUT it doesn't have storage, replaceable joysticks ends, and performance can be non-existent if you don't have FAST wifi.

Gaming on PS5 anywhere in your house! Loving it so far, i haven’t experience any lagging my internet speed (1000mps upload/download). I also owned the backbone the phone screen is just too small for me to enjoy gaming. The vibrant screen delivers an immersive gaming experience. The only downside for me its a bit heavy. It can be a bit burdensome during extended gaming sessions. Overall I love it I wish PlayStation will roll out an update with web browser.

With the introduction of game streaming with out the ps5 to actually be on, this was a fun to have around when youre out and about.

Best Buy was very helpful, this product I would recommend to anybody and I have been very happy with it. Make sure you have good internet connection.

I like the ps portal when i got it it didnt have game stream now it has it and also playstation is also working on games you already own to play with stream cloud its very good when you have faniky who wanna watch tv and you wanna play the game

it’s fun when it works. these are very picky with the internet you are using. would only recommend if you have great wifi.

Every time I travel this goes with me! This has very little lag time due to the remote internet access speed. This worked so far on every trip except one time. Not sure why I couldn't connect to my PS5 at multiple locations, but when I got home I rebooted the PS5 and was able to connect right away. It happens, but all other times this was flawless!

Over all a nice way to remote play all your PS games. But if you don’t have a strong WiFi signal in your home or apt it will disconnect and reconnect to your PlayStation. If you take it with you on vacation the connection to your PS5 will depend on your WiFi signal were you are.
