Seal was broken.

I didn’t take it back to the store because I needed it. My advice to anyone buying, is to check the seals before taking it home.

Terrible purchase

How does it make sense that my PS5 console has to be powered on before I can this portable device? I guess this is on me for not reading the functionality very well before purchase. Furthermore, BestBuy refused to take back the item when I went to return it even after their customer service team member by the name Jade advised me to take it in. I know it was already past the return window but she specifically told me they would make an exception. When I got to the bestbuy store in Downers Grove, I was told she misinformed me and that they won’t be able to refund me for it. Now I am stuck with this useless device
