I love this product, BUT the problem is that the joy sticks stop going up and down...I only used it about 3 times when I could look around in the game because the joy stick stopped functioning...I would give it a 5 if it wasn't for that

I love Playstation but this portal wont stay connected and it takes forever to connect and when it does connect it dis connects.so fast and becomes a waste of time and money im very disappointed that i cannot return it for it was a final sale

This item is great when it comes to design and graphics but it sucks when it comes to playing remotely. I think PlayStation need to make this same game independently that uses some sort of digital games to play anywhere or anytime without having to connect to a physical ps5 to play remotely.

Decent for one thing only. Really wish i knew how one trick pony it is. Only play games off your ps5 and a bit annoying to hold.

Having to always be online inorder to use this thing is not enticing at all.

This is the only technology I own that constantly disconnects from my wifi. It happens every few minutes. When it does run, it is pixelated. Streaming apps and Nintendo switch all work fine on my wifi. It worked well for the first few weeks. Too bad it didn't act up before the 14 day return policy. Would not recommend. PS My internet is fiber.

No Bluetooth, no 4k screen, no standalone capabilities… it is what it is… silly about the Bluetooth, what doesn’t have Bluetooth? But it’s great on WiFi as long as you leave your PS5 in sleep mode…

I tried the PlayStation Portable. My experience was it was too limiting. The screen is nice and the controller was comfortable in hand, but i was looking for something more independent from having to be on the same wifi and near the actual PS5. This is just an extension of your PlayStation. I need something more like the PS Vita.

i wanted this thing since it came out. When i finally got it i was very disappointed. No i didnt expect it to be like a psp but i expected the connection to wi-fi and latency to be better. The idea of the portal was great but they didn’t execute in my opinion

I hate that you can’t take it on the road. I was hoping to that I could use this during road trips but it has to be connected to the same WiFi as my ps5 kinda pointless.

Im going to try to run my PS5 with an eithernet cable once it comes in the mail. But im not that happy with the dropped frames and stuttering. My router is 2years old and it has worked great for everything else.

This product wasn't for me. The way I have my entertainment center setup this project turns on my tv, surround sound and ps5. So did work for in bed playing. If it wasn't for my setup this item would be perfect.

Trash. High speed internet and the connection is terrible

Wasn’t great , there was a lag in the play. Tried multiple times but ended up returning it

The screen was okay, I just did t like how I had to turn everything else off just so the WiFi would be strong enough to use it.

While the item works. It is NOT at all what the salesperson represented it to be. Does not work for what we were looking for and Salesperson sold something different.

Dont believe these reviews... i have over 1gb speeds bought a gaming router just for the portal and still have problems with it remotely connecting from away from home and when i am home i get a delay, sometimes doesnt want to wake ps5. Ps5 is wired, did all the recommended settings online youtube videos, still same results.... lame. Have better playing xbox remote play no delay or lag.

Bought this for traveling purposes, hard time connecting to internet and when I finally did, it wouldn’t connect to my PlayStation. Not what I expected from the product. I should have read and watched more reviews.
