Absolutely love the ps pro! It worked well from about 50+ miles from my home. My only complaints are that it runs laggy if you have any type of download running to the point that it doesn't work at all and will disconnect. Theres also no way to access the internet from the device so any wifi that requires some sort of login like say an airport will not work. Outside of these small issues it runs smoothly. The screen size is perfect and graphics hold up very well on it. Its not too big nor too small and is easy to play/handle. I recommend getting a case to store it in when not in use.

Had it for a couple days the PlayStation portal was very buggy. Part of it is due to wifi the overall experience was not good wouldn’t spend my money on this.

Received damaged. Best buy said they would give me a protection plan after I said I would keep it (in writing). After 2 days of phone calls, being disconnected many times, and refusals to be connected to a manager I'm done, and still don't have the warranty. Absolutely fed up with BB, I can't get a replacement guaranteed before XMAS. Closest BB is 250 miles away or I'd go shove this thing in their face. Never felt so disrespected by a company that I've spent Soooo much money with over the years. Sad but time to shop elsewhere. Buyer beware, horrible customer service!!

Not worth it. In order to use it you need WiFi and gotta leave your ps5 on low power mode. So basically it’s on 24/7. Can’t use Netflix or YouTube. So yeah unless you’re going to use it at your house or have a great hotspot connection I feel like it’s not worth it. Rather wait until Sony puts out a new psp

Terrible terrible serivce, I was told lies and your customer service agents just told me stuff to pacify me when nothing got done right accept the refund. My purchase was sent to a random incorrect address and I was told multiple times I would get my package, the PlayStation portable shipped to my correct address in Philadelphia and it was sent to Illinois. Terrible service and will never buy from Best Buy ever again. The customer service agent must of sent my package to himself because I purchased it through invoice.
