Lags while playing terribly even when i hardwired my playstation

I wanted to love this, but it just wasn’t for me. It works great, when it actually works. Most of the time it doesnt though

It’s not a good product I tried for a moth and in my opinion it’s not something that you really need. No matter if u have a good internet connection the product is bad.

This is pretty cool only thing is you should be able to play different games like someone play on the portable whatever game while someone plays on the ps5 whatever game they choose to play

Pointless if you don’t have a PS5. You can play 200 games but they’re not even popular games. There’s no option to buy games either. You also have to pay $17 a month in order to keep playing it without a PS5. AND it glitches a lot even with good internet connection

Hardware is amazing!!! But….. remote play is not it. I have very high speed internet but there was still lots of lag… :/

The connection not worth the trouble. Too laggy. 200 dollars and i don’t feel like I got my moneys worth

They should’ve just made it a psp instead of a remote play and shiuld had it where people have to pay to play on oline monthly

Remote play wouldnt connect to PS5 with the PS5 being in rest mode.

My Rog ally connects no problem to my home network, my steam deck same thing. P.S. portal was good until it wasn’t had it for less than a month Always disconnected every ten minutes, if you go on Reddit and YouTube plenty of other people experiencing same issues. Still works great just not for me going to sell it for less than what I paid unfortunately

HATED IT. RETURNED AFTER 1 DAY. GOOD IDEA WITH POOR EXECUTION.

I did buy it, it was me someone used my card without me knowing

It freezes all the time and when it does decide to play, it lags. Not worth your money!

Terrible decision to buy remote play very laggy even sitting in same room with ps5 hard wire only good thing is the cloud streaming if you have premium but still not very much popular titles

Unless your PS5 is on wired ethernet, don’t expect a seamless gaming experience with this.

I tried to place an order for the Portal 4 different times using different payment methods and it didn’t work. Finally once i called they placed the order but then the next day they cancelled it claiming i had mutliple orders in place which wasn’t true. The system is overworked and poorly maintained. Very dissapointed and wikl avoid buying from Best Buy in the future.

Don’t ever buy not god that’s not make sense. I need to play from my PS5 if I can go anywhere
