The experience going to best buy to get the playstation portal was awsome thanks

Was skeptical regarding the connection being stable but the system works great.

Quality and playback are solid. Battery life is shorter than advertised, even with dropping the brightness.

Overall, its decent. But in its first iteration its not worth it. Need OLED for sure. The screen just isnt good. OLED can improve on any imperfections. Just look at the Switch. The screen on that initially was trash but once the OLED model came out it made the handheld experience 10x better. Another thing is the headphone jack placement and USB-C power placement is awkward to reach. That should be placed differently. Lastly is the limited options on this device. Having more options for bluetooth headpbones or streaming apps could add more value and functionality. This is an overall good device. The remote play worked decently. But the lag is still a little too much. Playing sports games like MLB the show or NBA2K is just not possible so limited the games you play so much makes it not a good buy in its current iteration. Wait for gen 2 and see what they improve.

If you are into portable play with good WiFi than this is for you. Great to play when the family wants to watch tv.

Not worth the buy too glitchy I have the highest Internet speeds for multiple devices. I work from home. Everything else works perfectly fine on my Wi-Fi connection. This one just is not something worth the dollar value. Honestly, I waited too long to return it.

I used the curb side pick up and the service was great. Sony did a great job feels great to hold and game of course.

It works really well as long as your Internet upload speed is 30 Mbps or more.

The portal mostly works but the cloud streaming capabilty is passable at best. Also it takes eons sometimes to wake alocal ps5 feom sleep, if it works at all.

One of the worst gaming purchases I’ve ever made. Latency is terrible, constantly loses connection.

When you ps5 is connected via ethernet and you have port forwarding set up correctly this works extremely well.

The playstation portal is okay in some area's but in other area's it underperformes it disconneced me every time i played and i have att 5g would not recommend i refunded this.
