Product functioned good when first out of box. Then after around 3 weeks the sound volume started deteriorating a little, then the right side almost completely quit working. When compared with the original phones it appeared the wires for the Sony was a thinner gauge which could explain the problem, plus one side of the ear plugs appeared to be cheaply spliced in the main wire.

These headphones were great at first. good quality sound and it blocked out almost all distracting outside noise. after a couple weeks the left headphone piece stopped working. Ive gone through 2 so far and both have lasted only 3 or so weeks. disappointing sony product.

These are the best headphones available today. If you got earbuds with your MP3 player buy these and you will love your MP# player a lot more...even if you have a Zune and got the awesome earbuds that came with that.

With a recomendation from a Best Buy associate, I purchased these for riding my motorcycle. The main reason was of the ear plug design blocks out wind noise because I wear a half helmet.This way I'm not turning up the volume to overcome the wind noise. They would also work good for mowing lawns because of the engine noise.

Seeing as Apple charges the same for the garbage earbuds they make, this is an excellent buy. The buds fit firmly in your ear, creating a seal that amplies bass. Much to my pleasant surprise, using this ear buds sounded much like using full-size DJ headphones. WEll worth it.

I've owned two pairs of these headphones because the bass response is the best I've heard. Small and light, these are sure to impress.

These ear buds are SO much better than the ones that came with my Sony Walkman. They fit great & really block the outside noise.

These headphones sound really nice especially for their price. They have good bass and everything. But their downfall is that the earcup falls off and once that happens you are screwed. You can't find it so don't even try it is a tiny black peice of plastic that you won't realize fell off till you put it in. If you try to put it in after it falls off not only scratches the inside of your ear but it sounds horrible. they cost $15 dollars to replace the stupid little earbuds and its not worth it. Unless you plan on not leaving your 8x8 furnitureless completely white room while you use these they are not worth your money.

These ear buds are awsome. I bought them expecting them to be good for 40$ and i was more then impressed. Thet litteraly give off sound that sounds like your next to a sub woofer. But in order the ear buds to sound good you really have to have a good sound device feeding it. Like an ipod. Other wise you arnt going to notice much. But thats how it is on every stereo speaker and head phones. And they also eliminate external sounds. Its almost like you have ear muffs on.

this is the greatest headphone i ever use on my psp yet... i love the way it sounds and the way it looks!!!

I have always had trouble finding headphones that are comfortable because my ears are so small. I stumbled across these in the store and gave them a shot and now I swear by them! The 3 different ear bud sizes make these great for ears of all shapes and sizes. The case to hold the headphones requires the user to have the cord wrapped 'just right' which takes too much time and effort. I wish it was slightly larger.

I love these headphones. They never feel like they'll fall out and the sound is so great.

I have had these headphones for 4 years and they still work. I am kind of amazed.

The sound is so good for the price of these headphones, but over a one year period, I went through 4 units. The left ear piece went out on every single one after only about 3 months each. So I had to take 3 stars just for the obvious defect in the design of this product. Got tired of replacing and went to a $150.00 pair of shures. I'm liking those so far.

I bought these about 2 months ago and that was a complete waste of money. ya it has good sound but once you lose those tiny ear buds (and you will) it sounds horrible. save your money and buy something a lot better for the same price.
