If you feel the size of the earbud tips does not fit or might fall out from your ears, change the earbud tips. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different.
Please make sure that the firmware version of the app is up to date.

Thanks for sharing your review and experience with the LinkBuds S. Your feedback about its fit is greatly appreciated. For optimum fit and comfort, make sure that you are wearing the headphones properly:
1. Put the headset units into both ears. Put the headset unit with the (left) mark into your left ear and the headset unit with the (right) mark into your right ear. The left unit has a tactile dot.
2. Adjust the fit of the headset to your ears. Twist the headset unit to slide the earbud tip deep into your ear canal.

Yes, these are expensive, but you can't go wrong if you want fine audio quality in an ear bud. I'm paranoid about losing mine. They do fall out of your ear easily. And these are small, so they are easy to lose.

Nose cancelation is also the best of the four here, with both stronger cancelation as well as a crisper sound while canceling loud noise.

I ended up giving my AirPods away after having these for an hour. The sound is so crisp on these and the bass is immaculate. The only downside is everything for these buds is done through an app. But if you can get past that these are a top of the line product. I definitely recommend. If you use Tidal as your music streaming service you can get 360 spatial sound.

Good headphones but charging issues

1- Make sure the earbud tips are the original ones and that they are properly attached to the headset
2- Clean the charging ports on the headset and the charging case with a soft dry cloth

Great Sound and Excellent Comfort

When i can find comfortable earbuds they have poor sound quality. These give both sound qaulity and comfort. The noise cancellation is not as good as my Bose quiet Confort Earbuds but are more comfortable and I can wear them for hours and hours iwithout issue.

The size is perfect and stays in my ear . I've tired apple one, beats, and other earbuds and the sonys are the best!
