We ordered item listing as Brand New but was sent a used certified refurbished HP. Box was dirt dirty and crushed. Then we found out it was SOLD by 3rd Party Shipped by Amazon. So it was only listed on BB for sale not by BB. We were ASTOUNDED.
HP also was not working properly with creaks inside pad when you wear it
