Great value and fit

I have been wearing these everyday for a month now and I love the way the improve my hearing in 1:1 and in noisy environments. I’ve only had to charge the case once in 3 weeks. I highly recommend these for anyone needing a little boost to their hearing. No one has noticed them yet, either.

A viable hearing aid option

The ear pods are small and almost invisible so cosmetically non intrusive. This set will work for mild hearing losses

At first, I was a little skeptical... since it's the first time I've used a hearing aid. But it's easy to put on. Easy to install in the app. People don't notice you're wearing it since it's so small you can barely see it. I recommend it for people who have lost some hearing, like me.

I have a highly dollar set of hearing aids that cost $3k plus and the Sony pair is better for hearing quality as well. The only downside is no Bluetooth but honestly that isn’t that great in my expensive set either. You won’t be disappointed in this OTC hearing aid option.

Simply great performers

Control was easy to set up on my iPad. Sound is good. I like the simplicity, no complicated features or controls. This is the second pair I've purchased (lost one in a snowstorm) and is even better than the old ones, being rechargeable.

A life changer, with these hearing aids.

Although they are not bluetooth enabled, they do connect to your cell phone, and has an app. where you can change the volume, (also each ear), determine the sharpness, wich will reduce or increas background levels, with the simple touch of your cell phone app. And best of all, they are rechargeable, and you get 60 days returnable at Best Buy, as opposed to 30 days on Amazon, and the price in each store is identacle.

Because you will never be able to adjust them when you need to. The software is ATROCIOUS. It drops connectivity frequently. How frequently? Every time you put the aids in your ear. Then you have to go through a ridiculous amount of time and effort to establish connection. Try doing that when you’re with friends in a restaurant or at a movie. I feel like I’ve thrown my money away. It’s a KNOWN problem and, apparently an acceptable problem for Sony. So, save your money and go elsewhere for a hearing aid that doesn’t frustrate you.

Wonderful little hearing aids

Great product, but BEST BUY has no idea what they

Quality of the sound is great, Simply put - SONY nailed it. On the other hand BEST BUYS service was TERRIBLE. None were in stock, and had product sent to my home. No one in the store knew anything about the product. When I had a question with the set up no one could help me. Offered that I pay for a GEEK SQUAD person to help me troubleshoot. That was the same person who when I went to store was unaware that they even sold the product.

charger broken right out of the box

The sound does seem somewhat better. Unfortunately, the morning after I set the C20s up, the charger wasn't working. The LEDs would show green and the HAs would immediately have low battery. The LEDs would switch from green to yellow just by opening and closing the charger. I see no online recognition of these problems except telling users their HAs have gotten dirty. I will be returning these.

You cannot hear the person in front of you or the TV but you can hear the people in the kitchen great. clinking noise will drive you crazy like a fork hitting a plate or glasses touching each other. Even light switches are loud in the back ground.
