    It sure is pricey, but it's the most reliable battery for my Sony A7S III camera. When I'm on a shoot, I always take a few of these NP-FZ100 batteries with me because I know if my V-mount batteries or battery bank aren't working, then I can always depends on these batteries. The only aftermarket batteries that comes close to these in term of capacity is the Watson batteries, but I constantly getting the battery error message after the latest firmware update.

    These batteries are perfect and priced well. I have been using my for a fee weeks now and i love it. You can really feel the quality when holding one of these in your hands.

    Lose these batteries. Last and long time and super reliable. I would never use third party batteries on such expensive cameras and you shouldn’t either.

    In my experience I have found that Sony products are superior to alternative third party products. They preform much better and last longer. Definitely worth the purchase price.

    After dumping a lot of money into the camera bodies (A7SIII and A7IV) I only rely on Sony batteries. They charge quick and provide excellent life inside the camera for video and photography.

    Genuinely surprised by the longevity of this battery. I do not have hard statistics, but I believe that the battery gave me a minimum of an additional half hour of shooting video. I was also able to shoot a full day and evening of stills at a music festival without swapping out the battery. I'm impressed.

    On my Sony a7R5 with the Sony NP-FZ100 battery I recorded six clips totaling almost three hours of 4k video so let's just take a second to appreciate how amazing this battery is and Sony's done a great job with it. The NP-FZ100 battery is amazing and when it comes to powering my expensive equipment, I like to have quality power.
