Pretty good headphones. The only drawback I think is that the cord goes into each headphone as opposed to just one side. The pic here makes it obvious, but in the store, I didn't realize it. The sound is nice and they are nice and light.

Pretty nice sound for the money, but don't expect reference level clarity. I think they clamp too hard, though. I wear 7.5 for New Era caps for reference. They are power hungry, so I actually use these with my old FiiO E5 on my PC. On my Moto G 4th gen, it provides just enough juice for satisfying volume output.

I have owned five Sony headphones over the past few years and the MDRXB450s are the best sounding headphones, out of the five. The bass sounds great, when watching movies, when my headphones are plugged directly into the headphone jack on my TV. You will need a extension cord, because the wire is short.

My son uses these for everything. His laptop, desktop, and his phone. He would even sleep with them on. He loves them.
