I was hoping to have more features come standard with these headphones (like an inline volume control), but I knew what I was buying beforehand, and I didn't want to spend a ton of money for something that I wouldn't use all of the time. There is a definitely a bass boost with these headphones. My biggest complaint is that I didn't realize how short the cable was. I'll probably pick up an extension for it at some point.

If you don't have the budget to get Beats headphones, these ones are the way to go. They're light and sit comfortably, and the sound is great for the price. I did read some reviews online about problems people have had with Sony where the headphones randomly stop working, so I did purchase the warranty (which I believe was $12) just in case. Haven't had any problems so far and am still happy with my purchase.

I always used to buy cheap headphones that would either break, or sound average at best. I needed something better and decided to splurge a little. I'm really happy with this headset. The sound is full, and the bass is much stronger, but not excessive. They are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I use them to listen to music on my pc while at work. My son has been using these headphones since Christmas and we have experienced no loss of sound quality or fit and finish of product. He had broken his last set of 'phones at the weak point [where the muff meet the head band] with just normal use, so the durability of the product was key in the product I chose. So far, it has held up nicely and the quality of the build is evident. Sound quality is excellent, the bass is deep and the bluetooth works perfectly for an ipad. Soft padding of the ear muffs are very comfortable and cancels out background noise nicely [we force our son to leave one of the muffs partially off so he can hear us, haha]. Considering the fact that we bought these on sale for less than half of retail [less than $100!], I would consider this product a great purchase.purchasae

Got these for my son who wanted the really expensive ones mainly due to the brand name. These kids have no idea what sound quality is or what Sony brand is. LOL Anyway, these sound great with nice deep lows and very comfortable. No need to waste money on the Dr. Dre or Skull. Unless you want to go for Bose and spend about 5 to 8 times more, these will do the trick just fine.

Bought these for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas. She wanted Beats like most kids, but these were recommended to me by the sales associate and were only $70! I was blown away by the sound and she loves them. They are lightweight and very comfortable for over the ear headphones. I am very satisfied with these or more importantly my daughter is satisfied.

I was looking for a solid pair of head phones for work and I found them! I have had problems in the past with the over the ear style headphones hurting my ear after a few minutes of use, but these are the most comfortable pair I have owned yet. I wear these everyday for around 3-4 hours and have no complaints. I recently bought a second pair for home.

I listen to a great deal of music and these headphones have been delivering. Before I switched to these, I had the Sony Extra Bass headphones and I haven't noticed a difference between the two and these are the cheaper ones. If you want good sound, portability, long battery life, wireless, and something light weight these are the ones to go with.

I was very surprised and pleased with the performance of these headphones. I had a $50 reward certificate and picked these up for an additional $13. They are pretty comfortable and with the extra bass it does drown out outside sounds. Though wired it's a tangle free cord that dangles freely and doesn't get all messed up. They also look pretty stylish.

...are amazing. I was in the store and it was on display to try out the product. Once i put these earphones on, the sound is very rich and the bass is intense. Very well made product i must say. Great for music production since you can hear all the sounds in the spectrum from the rumbling bass to the treble. Also great for PC gaming too.

I am a huge fan of the Best Buy deal of the day, these headphones were on there so I decided to try them out. They feel really nice and I don't have to worry about them falling out of my ears like most headphones today. The sound is excellent and I would definitely buy them again even at a higher price.

I've had a few pairs of headphones over the years. I picked the Sony's because of the comfort wearing them when playing basketball. The sound quality is good, bass sometimes depending on what you're listening to, can be overly done, but over all good quality and for $60 bucks you can't beat it.

These have been excellent quality both for listening to music and for video conferencing for work. I have a small head so they are a tiny bit loose but it hasn’t been an issue. Comfortable to wear but not completely sound canceling which is perfect for my personal use.
