I'm not a big sound snob and these were for a pre-teen so I didn't even look at Beats and the other super expensive headphones. The bass boost on these is really good and they are comfortable. They were my favorite that I tested out in-store (of the ones under $99). My son loves them.

Good sound, good ear cushions, tight fit on ears, comfortable fit, easy to adjust headband with sufficient slack, I only wish that the cord was a little bit longer

These headphones sound better than I initially thought. I wasn't fully aware that they have a microphone on them, which makes them ideal for using with a phone. They are a little heavy on the bass for me, but it's not that bad so I don't have a problem dealing with it.

Got these to wear at work and as a backup set for Dj gigs. Great sound, blocks out ambient noises well and the microphone means I can use them at work to keep in communication without constantly taking them on and off. Nice textures on them too

Purchased this for my laptop when working on the go. Bass is ridiculously good, sound is excellent, the wiring is flat (which makes it less likely to bunch up), and it has a built-in microphone so you can take conference calls on your phone or laptop/tablet (make sure your laptop has the now-popular single 3.5mm headphone/microphone combo jack. The only issue for me is that I have a big Wookiee head so it fits 98% snug (not Sony's fault; they can only do so much to accommodate everyone). Buy it! You won't regret it!

Was looking for a good quality headphone with great sound and a reasonable price and these are great. I tried out several different pairs and couldn't see paying the high prices when these sounded great. great bass which is what I like.

They're pretty good headphones. I'm kind of hard of hearing, so I'm no hardcore audiophile, but I wear them at work for roughly 8 hours every day, and they are more comfortable and sound better than cheaper headphones I've owned in the past.

I was really shocked by the clarity of the sound and powerful bass. great value for the price. (I also price matched it with a competitor.) I love that best buy honors that!

I use these headphones all day at home when I want to block out the world. It feels great on my ears and it is also easy to find. It makes movies and shows I watch seem so real.

These headphones are not too expensive, yet for the price paid, they are excellent. I use them for hours at work and they do not bother me. They are comfortable to use and they sound great. Highly recommended.

I bought this for my 13 year old brother he loves the deep bass. He likes the comfort. This is good for those looking for deep bass. But at times it can become bothering in your ears after long use in high volume.

Solid construction, good sound, no tangle wires at a cost effective price. Needed something that was midrange for home use when I didn't have my bose noise cancelling headset. This works great for about $50.

For the price of these I was a little skeptical of the over all sound that I would get I personally like extra bass and I thought it would muddy it out out but it actually is very clear and powerful.

These are great headphones. The bass is great. With the reasonable price, I went out and got a second pair for my daughter. I personally cant see paying $200 for headphones when theses are so good.

Purchased these headsets for listening to tv at night. Sound is good and fit is comfortable, but they are bigger in size then I would like. Take a lot of space to store when finished with them.

these are amazing! they are only 59.99 which is an outstanding price. they do what you expect them to do. great bass and sound. i was amazed at how good they are. i wanted to get the skullcrushers because of the bass but these sonys were half the price so i chose these and i dont regret it. of course the sonys dont have bass you can feel but it is still great. i highly recommend them if you are on a budget. oh and they also work on the ps4. which was a huge plus for me. chat quality was great. although it does not have noise cancellation so people will here background sound. voice quality is great and clear. no one has complained thus far. even with background noise.

Performance was everything I expected. The headphones are comfortable to ware and the sound is better than I expected for headphones in this price range. I would recommend this product.

This is a fine headphone. Sony does a very good job delivering clear sound with a decent bass for a reasonable price. I listen mostly to my ipod and this headphone allows me to hear the full range of music. I mostly listen to pop and rock from the 60's and 70's so these headphones work nicely. Wait for a sale and pick these up. They are a very good headphone.
