I think the game is awesome and well worth making the investment. 3 times better then the PS3

I received this console as gift and I went to the store to change to another one because the first one came with missing parts. I had to go customer service area and spoke with a lady that seems to know everything by reading your mind and she didn't stop talking to me have a chance to explain everything. After sometime I was able to get another console. Unfortunately, after leaving the other console at the store, I did realize that I forgot my CD game inside of the one that I had returned. I called the store and a woman spoke with me and found my CD. She said that she was going to put my CD inside a plastic bag and put my name on it. After that, I did return to the store the same day to get my CD back and unfortunately had to deal with the same woman at customer service that I spoke first time. Before I open my mouth to talk she said that it was impossible to get the CD back because the game package was gone already. After waiting until she stopped talking I was able to explain and get my CD back. Because I was already inside the store, I did decide to see some TVs. After search for people in store (that is really a hard task) I was able to find a guy on TVs department. I did start talking with him and he didn't care to look to my face. He was putting some packages inside a cart and said that he could help me after he finishes the delivery of that boxes. I said that no problem I could wait, and he never showed up again. If you are trying to buy something from Best Buy and this is your last option, go to another place because Best Buy of Kennesaw sucks. I wish I could give 5 stars and a better review, but i can't.

Got this for my brother for Christmas, must say this had everything in the bundle for a great price. We also got the protection plan!

Great video game console. Easy to set up. Games look great. Only one downside is there are not many games available for younger kids.

Overall everything works really great besides WiFi I've had issues with my son playing upstairs with the internet box being downstairs other than that everything is pretty good

I was already set on getting the latest Call of Duty game for one of the new systems. Xbox One or Playstation 4 and when I saw this bundle came out it was like they knew this was all that I have ever wanted. I bought it as soon as I could. Not to mention it has great games coming out for it soon.

I bought my PS4 with Call of Duty 3 and a 43-inch Sharp TV, the game is amazing, the options that the PS4 has, like surf on internet and play online brings another level of entertainment

Runs well lots of options and graphics are great. Wish it came with two controls and better headphones but good quality still

I finally went ahead and bought a PS4 after having my xbox one for years now. I have to say I really am impressed with the PS4. It is great for straightforward gaming. It doesn't offer as much as a all-around experience as the xbox, in my opinion, but it does offer a great gaming experience.

I found this product to be upgraded and extremely menu driven which was easier to utilize than previous products before. The visuals were more striking. Options were given whether you wanted to have it in rest mode or turned off. I liked having this function. I love this Playstation 4.

Bought this ps4 to replace my old one. It got hit by lightning. I do believe this one to have a little better graphics card. I had a 1st gen before. It was exactly what I expected. I have had it for a month or so and haven't even played Black ops yet. Still too wrapped up in Fallout 4

My son loves this game, it made a great gift. He plays it online with his friends and it keeps him occupied for hours.

Playstation did it again. One more hit with this great console. Quality and reality of those games are simply amazing.

Very happy with this console graphics are great, my kids and I have a great time playing, that is when they let me play.

I bought a white ps4 about a year and a half ago returned it because it has the ejecting disc problem.. Geeksquad helped me a lot with the process because it was a gift and i dont remember if i had the warranty.. It works better now i can play each game that i havent played for months..

Is a playstation, honestly not as big a deal going from the 3 to the 4 as it was going from the 2 to the 3 but it's good.

Really liking this system play it quite a bit. Got it for a break from my Xbox to play black ops III and no man's sky.

Loving my new PS4, there are so many great games available now for next gen systems. I wish there were better bundles available, as I do not play Call of Duty, and the only other bundle available at this time is the Uncharted 4 console. System can be loud at times, but not unbearable.

My son bought this to take with him to college. No complaints. He bought additional controller for his friends to use.
