I opened a best buy credit card, bought a TV ($2100), was supposed to get a full 10% back of that total, on my "next" purchase (the PS4). When I went to get the PS4, only 5% was available due to an escalated issue. That 5% was applied(was not even the full 5%, but at the end of this everything was applied in full), I had to wait 3-5 days for the other 5%. As I am extremely busy, I could not return to best buy for the other 5% back until a month or so later. When I returned on a friday, that is when I found out yet again the other 5% was not applied, and that the issue was escalated. They told me again I had to come back 3-5 days for the other half of the original 10% off. HUGE inconvenience, because the return policy for the PS4 was up until that upcoming Sunday. I had to make adjustments to my schedule to come back before the return policy of the PS4 expired, and I finally got my other 5% back. 10% discount on my PS4 should have been applied right then and there, not after visiting 2-3 times and calling a few times.

Initially we were looking to buy just a PS4 console - and all are bundles now and my husband's favorite games a shooter games. So, it turned out to be a really great deal for us. We are very happy with the PS4.

Bought this as a second console for my girlfriend so we could we could co-op play. Couldn't care less about the call of duty game that came with, this just happened to be the only bundle available at the time.

Our PS3 finally kicked the bucket and we were able to upgrade to a PS4. It's got exactly the quality we would expect from our favorite brand console. My only complaint is that you have to have a PlayStation account to fully experience game play with the included Call of Duty. So you buy the game and then need to turn around and buy a pretty expensive subscription.

PS4 is awesome. Make sure to update your HDD. I have 2TB filled on my first machine enjoy having rest mode so I bought another PS4 and updated its HDD to 2 TB. As an older gamer I very much enjoy my PS4's.

My two boys really like this PS4 COD/BO game. Good to have when summer days are too hot to go outside to play or swim!

This is one of the worst of the Call of Duty series of games, but is still a good game. The Single Player campaign is forgettable and the weakest point of the game. However, Zombies is excellent as always, and the multiplayer is still as fun as it ever was for a Call of Duty game, and is not a simple rehash of MP, with new gameplay elements being introduced.

Its been a while that I'm using the PS4 and it is so awesome that I have no words to express. The features of the controller while playing games is good. I play most of the games like racing, sniper etc.

This is my first time owning PlayStation , the PS4 is a great system with plenty of excitement to enjoy! Would purchase add on items such as Cooling Fan with the stand that allows the PS4 to stand upright.

It was a gift for my son and he loved it. He's enjoying every second.

I was satisfied with the price match from Best Buy. I didn't have to stand in line at Walmart and listen to screaming children. I am digging the bundle

For the first time having a playstation 4. Its a great video game.

My son is a gamer and he is very happy with this purchase. I like the functionality of it, as well. When I can purchase something that everyone can get use out of, I'm a happy mom. So far, so good!
