Great time killer still play ps3 all day everyday.

Be warned: I had to return this ps4 because the wi-fi had problems. The person I returned it to said that this 2nd edition of the ps4 has had some problems with the wi-fi. Needless to say, my new one works fine and I love playing Black Ops 3

Before this purchase I used an Xbox 360. I gave this product a three star because the system is slow or freezes constantly, the background cannot be changed or modified to your liking, and it's hard to invite friends/players.

I've wanted the PS4 for awhile it's definitely a change up from the PS3. I don't like that the Internet for ps4 completely sucks! Im about to go back to using the PS3 never had ant internet problems with it.

Got my console, everything was great but then all of a sudden, the system shuts off by itself while i was playing a game. Tried to turn it on, blue light lits on but then shuts off again after 2 sec. I had to unplug it, and use a different power outlet for it to turn on completely again. One time, I left it on rest mode so I could finish downloading my games while I sleep. When I checked it in the morning, it was off and I couldn't turn it on anymore. I returned the console for an exchange. Got a new one. Better than the previous one because so far, I haven't had issue with it powering off randomly. But it's very lag compared to the first one I bought. I'm thinking of returning it again for a refund and try a different console like an Xbox but I've already purchased a couple of digital games and disc games for ps4. :/

As of this review, I had to contact Sony to receive my "coffin" for my brand new PS4. It initially ran great and did everything I wanted. However, after two weeks I started getting random crashes on all of my games; disc and downloaded. After several times rebuilding the database and initializing the system twice, I reached out to Sony and they'll be repairing or replacing my console. I don't blame Best Buy for this incident, it's just unfortunate.

The product is great however the gentleman the talked me into this said we would only need wifi to set it up initially. He failed to mention that we would need to update it every 2weeks.

Great system. Upgraded from PS3. Everything seems to be subscription based access to play with others on the Internet - that part stinks!

THE PLAY STATION IS GREAT ALTHOUGH THE STREAMING OF GAMES FROM PLAYSTATION NOW IS GOT SO GREAT. IT WOULD BE NICE IF SOMEONE COULD TELL ME IF I CAN PLAY GT5 THE LASTEST ONE ON THE PS4.

I had to return the other ps4 since it did not want to turn on which was disappointing. We were able to replace hassle free and so far a good purchase.

I purchased this along with several games for my teenagers 19 months ago. Last week it wouldn't start giving error 'Cannot start the PS4'. I searched online and found several suggestions, but wasn't able to get it to work. I was able to get it to work after replacing the hard drive. Although I was happy to get it working again, I am very disappointed in the lack of a quality product. I wouldn't recommend buying a PlayStation.

I've been told the graphics are amazing but I haven't been able to use mine yet. We watched a movie and the day after the console wouldn't work. We were finally able to get the movie out but the console still did not work. Very disappointing since my PS3 worked so well and never had any problems.

It is astounding and rewarding. And it is a great opportunity to have this electronic to enjoy with my family. And my kids love playing it and I surely will recommend it to my friends and relatives. And I love what Best Buy brings good things to our life as a family. It's a superb experience of what we could do with the electronic that we bought from Best Buy.

It's great I love playing it and I think it has a better resolution then the Xbox one in my opinion and just an overall great console.

This game is a good game for older kids the seem to like it

Just get the new slim one. This model I am already having problems with but of course PS or Best buy wont do anything about it.

It's a first person shooter, not my thing...sorry to all you diehards out there..,won't be joining you anytime soon

Sony put out a piece of junk that kept on crashing every time I tried to use it. I returned it and bought a XBox1.

Bought it for xmas and a month later it was defective and since it was limited edition i couldn't replace it.

Of course a month after I buy the PS4, the new console gets released. Not too many good games available.
