I purchased this console as a part of a really good promotion best buy was having along with a television. I let a friend know about the deal and they purchased the bundle at a different location. Not saying that this is a best buy problem whatsoever, but more a sony issue. After setting this console up (Call of duty black ops 3, CUH-1215a model) the ps4 shut itself off after no more than 45 minutes of gameplay. Odd, so I tried to turn it back on, and the console would not turn on. So i shoot my friend a text and I get a call an hour later that the exact same thing happened to him. I thought that it was just an unfortunate coincidence. We were both able to exchange our consoles for a new one. The best buy people were very understandable and nice. Upon setting up my new console, I decided to wait to play a game and watch something on HBO Go first. No more than 40 minutes of watching a show, the console does the exact same thing: shut off by itself and won't turn back on. Apparently, this is a big issue with these particular call of duty bundles and model (cuh-1215a) It's pretty frustrating to shell out this much money in hopes of getting lucky for a console that "might" work. It's a shame that sony would sell these. As a customer, I shouldn't have to constantly go to the store to exchange something, especially if it happened twice in a row for no more than an hour of using a brand new console. I'm just sharing my experience and letting you guys know. This has nothing to do with best buy's service, but rather this particular product/model. Be sure to do some research prior to purchasing this.

Works great. Fan can fun a little loud at times but better than overheating!
