The PS4 is a great next gen system. Depending on the type of gaming you do, there are a number of games to fit your style. The only thing that surprised me when receiving this system is that the games use a large amount of memory. Some of the games I have played use 30 GB of memory or more. This would cause you to fill up the 500 GB drive up pretty quick. The good thing is that you can swap out the hard drive with a bigger aftermarket one.

I ordered a PlayStation 4 bundle pack for my son for Christmas. It made it too my door in one piece, no damages and just in time for the holidays. However I didn't receive a piece of my order but customer service was on top off it to reimburse me for it.

So far the system has been great for games but....It does not allow you to watch videos from a thumb drive and I imagine it is the same for music. Very disappointing considering the PS3 would and so will the Xbox One. Hopefully they will release a patch.

I just now got my first next-gen console and I am really enjoyed the PS4. I mostly got it to play Dragon Age Inquisition, but I've also played GTA5 and Diablo III :UEE on it. So I haven't seen the true graphics capabilities yet. More to look forward to!

I bought this bad boy right before X-mas and i'm super excited! I bought four games to go with it and haven't stopped playing yet. Games are great, graphics are sweet, ultimate gaming experience.

Started off with my first PS+ game, Resogun. Fantastic. Doesn't need to be a AAA title to be a ton of fun. Since then I've played quite a few others and the PS4 is probably the best system I've owned, along with the Vita for the portable component.

The ps4 system itself is amazing...no complaints about the operating system. The graphics are incredible, the homescreen layout is easy to navigate, and there are really cool features. However, I've had more than my fair share of Playstation Network issues. Sometimes the network will be down. This wouldn't be a problem if online play was free (like the PS3), but since I'm paying for an annual subscription, I expect better service.

My son has been wanting a new gaming system for a while now. He decided on the PS4 and hasn't been disappointed! I also want to commend the employees and our local Best Buy, they were so helpful in honoring a deal that was supposed to be online only.

I really enjoy this product and I been waiting for it over a year now. Due to bestbuy credit card I had the chance to purchase it and pay it no th to month or little but little. The bundle was a great option along with 50 dollars off. Ps4 all day.

The graphics are stunning, the gameplay is smooth, and the storylines are really immersive. If you can, get the bundle that comes with a free game download so you can start playing right away. "Destiny" was our pick, and it's been a blast so far!

Our PS3 finally gave out so it was time to upgrade. PS4 was the way to go and we have not been disappointed. Great graphics and game action has kept us busy having fun! It also p[lay blu ray discs so family movie night continues on! Best Buy!

As a previous Xbox 360 owner, I was split on whether to purchase an Xbox One or PS4. I'm glad I chose the PS4. Better exclusive titles (Last of US and Uncharted). Also, PS4 controller has a built in speaker and can use any set of headphones.

Man I been ay Gamer sense i was just 7 years Old . I felt in love with the ps1 ps2 PS3 and now Ps4 ufff great system I love the console I love the controller I love everything great system I'm never switching it's just an amazing Machine :)

The PS4 has been great so far. The graphics are a huge upgrade over the PS3 and the new controller is great. The other big advantage over the PS3, is the decreased start-up time, both to start the machine and, especially, to start games.

Replaced PS3 system with a PS4. Graphics are much better, it runs a lot quieter. Only complaint is that there doesn't seem to be a lot of games compatible with the Play Station camers, and it is not backwards compatible with PS3 games.

I love my PlayStation 4. It is a great console and I don't understand why everyone is so against it compared to Xbox I'm happy with my decision. Call of Duty Advanced Warfare is such an awesome game with so many new weapons and tactics.

This system is great for gaming. Actually originally bought it as a Blu-Ray player as the reviews for that have been on par with the OTC ones out there, like Sony. Great graphics and intuitive control and set-up. Would buy this again.

Upgraded from a PS3 that was getting a little long in the tooth, and enjoying better storage capacity and a new level of games that are a real step up as far as visuals. I am disappointed that it's not backward capable and will not play PS3 games. I knew this when I got it but Sony and BB should make that clearer so it doesn't come as a surprise to anyone expecting to be able to play their old games.

The PS4 is a great console. The graphics are nice, the controller feels good in your hands and some games use the controller's light and speaker as you play. If you're a long time Playstation fan & user I would definitely get this.

I really Love the ps4 we all enjoy using it! My son plays his games I watch blue ray movies...I downloaded Netflix so my baby boy enjoys cartoons on it! We Love Love lobe Love it so much! Thank u so much best buy for this console
