I picked up mine for about the price of new on sale. I did have some issues though. I found out that Geek squad had replaced the hard drive with an older one from a laptop. Had a sticker on it saying "Geek squad used stock". Had rattled a few times when powered on. Lose plastic fell out of the vent. I latter cleaned out the system and replaced the worn out HDD with a Seagate 1TB. Would recommend buying but you maybe missing things.

The PS4 provides a great gaming and home entertainment experience for those looking at the competition. Great platform exclusives, great graphics and performance, ergonomic controls, and software keep you coming back.

I bought this on sale and it is definitely worth the money!! I have had no problems with the quality of the console and I love the new features that the ps3 didn't have. An example of that would be being able to put the console in rest mode. It conserves battery power but still lets you download updates and dlc in sleep mode. Another really awesome feature is the headphone jack built into the controller and the fact that you can use headphones for all sound including the sound from the game AND voice chat, something that was not possible on the ps3. The graphics are amazing and a major quality improvement vs the ps3. It is definitely worth every penny and the quality is top notch!! I would recommend it to all my friends and family!!

I was looking for a PlayStation for a little bit cheaper than 349 and I saw online that Best Buy carried refurbished units for 299 the unit that I purchase was just like new and I've yet to have any problems with it

I picked up a refurbished PS4 from BestBuy.com and picked it up in store because they did not have any refurbished models in my specific store. The process was simple: you purchase and it is shipped to the store of your choice. I picked it up and tried it out the first night. Came with everything a new PS4 model would minus the wired headset which I didn't mind because I planned to use an aftermarket anyways. After checking and making sure everything worked, I noticed the L2 button on the controller was broken. Not a big deal as everything else worked wonderfully. I called the store and they told me to just bring it back in and they'll order a new one for me. I inquired about just exchanging the controller but they said it would have to be the entire system exchange. Not problem, so I took system in and exchanged it and luckily they had a model in store that I received. Took that model home and everything is working great! However! I made the mistake of not logging out of the other PS4 so I had to go on Sony's site and "Log out of all devices" which you can only do once every 6 months so be warned. This was my mistake not BestBuy's. All in all, great experience and very simple exchange process. Keep up the great work BestBuy!

First off the price is what drew me towards the refurbished device. I needed a PlayStation4 to give as a gift. Initially I was skeptical of refurnished devices; however, it quickly went away after the PS4 was opened. I could find no desernable difference between brand new and refurbished. This impression remained after hours of play and continues to run like a dream. The best part was the price. There is a significant difference gap between a new PS4 and the refurbished one. I would recommend to anyone family, friends, strangers, and neighbors without hesitation.

This Playstation 4 does soo much more than you would expect. I can stream all my show thru it and order movies and of course the best games around. I got the canera so it expandes the possiblitys even more.

The graphics are great. Loading on the PlayStation main menu is a bit faster than the recent version. Still have PS3 and don't plan on getting rid of it ever. AGAIN, graphics are great some games aren't my forte but that's my opinion. Bought mine used (500GB). I'd recommend getting higher memory on your PS4 i have six games loaded on it and already I'm already at a little over half of using most of it. I haven't had the system for a full month . . . So you do the math.

Good deal if you don't like the bundles they have, plus the warranty on the refurb is a bit better than the warranty for new.

So far has worked as expected. It did not include the headset included in the new package but that was not important to me.

I recently bought my PS4 and after having it for a little while, I can say that I love my PS4. I use my system daily, from watching netflix to playing games, the system handles it like a champ. Great product for anyone who is looking for a console.

Can't even tell if anything was ever wrong with refurbished system.

Love this machine. Does so much. Blue-ray player and Netflix availability is great! Connects wirelessly with ease to my home network. The Bluetooth controllers are great and hold their charge for a long time. Very happy with this purchase!

I was looking for a PlayStation 4 system and of course I found what I wanted at Best Buy. It was refurbished which had me a little reluctant but not anymore. I love it !!!!

Always wanted a PS4, but did not want to pay the high cost. Was always worried about getting a refurbished electronic. Well I am as happy as can be! Not a problem and plays everything great! Would recommend it to anyone else.

I bought the refurbished PS4, and just like any other 20 year old kid, iI love it. It does a good job of keeping me away from stressful college life, and doing homework.

The PS4 has a great game selection and graphics. Set up was relatively easy. As always, you have to upgrade the PS4 console when turning it on for the first time. The only downside is that it appears to to be compatible with PS3 games, so we will have to keep both the PS3 & PS4 to play all of our games.

The price was well worth it. Looks and plays like a brand new machine. Can not tell the difference.

Looks new, Came with the rocketfish usb cable that works like a regular charger for the controller. Overall No problems!
