This system is great! The grandchildren love it because they can play games. I love it because I can subscribe to Playstation Vue and save on my cable bill. A must have all the way around

It works just as good as a brand new one. I’d probably prefer the refurbished knowing they fixed what’s wrong with the original.

The cords are longer than I thought, which works well for my setup. I also like that the controller simply connects with USB to Micro USB, so I can charge the controller on other devices and charge other devices with the PS4.

I can't see the difference between a new Play station and this, this really look as brand new and works really good.

This is the only gaming system my husband plays. Hrs and Hrs of play and still happy with the product. This is a refurbished product and still preforms like any other. Savings were well worth the purchase.

I just got the PS4 to go along with my Xbox One and am enjoying it. The only thing I'm not too fond of is the Main Menu system. It's a little cluttered with no way to remove anything, but overall I'm quite pleased.

Everyone one already knows how a PS4 works but wants to know if its smart to get a refurbished one. The answer is yes. I have used this system almost daily for weeks and it works perfect just as if I had purchased it brand new. This is my second refurbished system from Best Buy and I have never had a problem. Its fast, simple and functions properly in all capacities. Definite recommendation, especially to game lovers on a budget.

My son loves the PS4 he compares it to other gaming systems and has come up with so many great reasons why I feel that it was such a great buy!

Perfect condition, virtually brand new. Great way to save a little money, for sure.

Best to use if you have internet. And some features require downloading an app but over all we are satisfied with product.

I have had good luck buying refurbished electronic products in the past. My understanding is that products are thoroughly inspected at the factory and meet "like new" standards.
